The pavers ain't looking good. The job wasn't done right, it's all uneven. Now my pool deck is super slippery and got yellow spots all over. They said they'd come check it out, but haven't heard nothing since. Gonna have to spend a bunch of money to get it all stripped and have a real company fix it up right.

I had Surface Smart do my pavers last week. Lucas and Taylor did a great job. They were both really nice and got the job done quick. Tim from the company came by after to make sure I was happy with everything. I definitely recommend Surface Smart if you need your pavers done. D.B***/Orlando

Had a big job, 3500 sqft. The pavers looked good but the crew made them look even better than when they were put in a few years ago. Can't remember all the names, Alex, Tyler, etc. but they were all courteous and professional during the 4 days they were at our home. The pavers looked so good that our 4500 sqft driveway looked bad in comparison, so they did a great job pressure washing that too. These guys worked really hard! We've recommended Surface Smart to others who have complimented the job.

Pavers were fixed by another company and they did a good job. However, when they cleaned them, it was terrible. The sales guy said they looked great and that was the best they could do. I paid them, but didn't let them seal them. I realized I needed another opinion. I called Surface Smart and Josh came out and said they'd try to clean them. They did and they look amazing, like new! I'm so happy. Plus, it was half the price and fast. I didn't have to wait for weeks to get things done. All the guys working the two days were nice and respectful. Very professional. I recommend Surface Smart completely. Go to them first and avoid all the stress.

I had my lanai pavers sealed by another company before, but they did a bad job. So, I searched for a company that could fix it. I drove around my neighborhood and found a driveway that looked amazing. I stopped and asked who sealed their pavers. They told me Surface Smart and gave me their number. They came and checked my pavers, which were a mess from the previous company. I liked their estimate, so they started working right away. It took a few tries to remove the bad sealer, so they had to come back a few times. I highly recommend Lucas, he knew his stuff and took pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure my pavers looked great, and they did. I would work with these guys again for sure.

I hired Surface Smart to clean and seal my driveway, since they use the ComplaintsBoard.com logo for advertising. On Jan 4, 2021, I signed a contract with them to power wash my entire driveway, add sand, and apply sealant. However, they did not add any sealant as promised, as tire tracks were visible just 48 hours after they claimed to have applied it. I paid $3,840.00 on Jan 5, 2021. I have attached pictures of my driveway taken 48 hours after the service.

I hired Surface Smart to clean my pool deck, put sand on it, and seal it. The cleaning wasn't done right, and when I complained, they said they'd do it again. But they didn't, and they sealed it anyway. The sand they used was brown and looked bad. They said it was the only option. The sealant doesn't look like they promised, and they didn't apply it right. They said there's nothing they can do. I got two other companies to look at it, and they said Surface Smart didn't do a good job. They offered to fix it for me. I have to pay them almost twice as much as Surface Smart charged me to fix it. Surface Smart said they'll send me to collections if I don't pay their bill.

Surface Smart LLC didn't do what they said they would and now we want half our money back. We hired them on May 19 to fix up our pool pavers, but they didn't do a good job. They were supposed to take off the old sealant, fix the broken pavers, put in some special sand, and put on a new sealant that would make the pavers look wet. But they didn't do any of that right. They left some of the old sealant on, and they messed up our walls, ceilings, stove, and pool screen. They also didn't fix all the broken pavers, and they didn't put in all the sand they were supposed to. They said the sand would keep ants out and stop plants from growing, but as soon as they put some in, ants showed up. They sent some people to our house three times to finish the job and clean up, but they didn't do it right.

I had Josh from Surface Smart come out on 3/4 to check out my driveway, walkway, and front porch for sealing. I told him that all the houses in the area had the same pavers and he could get more business if he did a good job on mine, the first house in the area. We decided to strip the existing sealant, remove mold/mildew/vegetation, use Polymeric sand, and seal with the infinity WB145 "wet look" sealant. The work started on 3/30, but we noticed some spots that were not fully coated. They came back on 5/17 and put a second coat with rollers. After some time, we saw white spots on many pavers. I called and Tim, the co-owner, came to the house and agreed that the pavers did not look good. He suggested we pay extra to remove and redo the sealant. Josh came out on 8/24 and agreed that the pavers did not look good and offered to reseal/fix it. The team came back that same day and started the stripping. On 9/28 they came back and put down the new sealant. On 10/6, they had to come back out again to put down more sand and a top coat on some spots to even the sealant out. On 7/29/22 I reached out to Josh again to tell him that my pavers have no "wet look" and look terrible and I want my money back. Tim called me back later that day and asked me to send him some pictures of the pavers and he would get with Josh about the issue. On 8/1/22 Tim called and we chatted. There is nothing they can do and will not even consider giving us our money back. The pavers look the same as they were before Surface Smart worked on it. I am an unhappy customer.
