Got to say, the buffet we purchased from Sierra Living Concepts has truly given our place a new vibe. It's made from Indian Rosewood, which I didn't even know was a thing, but now everyone who spots it is like "WOW." Due to the current pandemic situation, we had to wait for a little while to receive our order. But seriously, it was worth the wait. The customer service we received from them was just top-notch. They made sure to keep us in the loop throughout the construction process and even sent us pictures. That was so helpful! When it finally arrived, we were blown away by how well it was packed. It was definitely delivered in pristine condition, which just made us even happier. Seriously considering getting a matching dining set. Overall, quite satisfied with our purchase and the customer service we received.

We are definitely hooked on Sierra Living Concepts for our furniture needs! As a family, we love to decorate our home with stylish and unique pieces that make a statement. And boy, do they have options! It's like they have an endless supply of stunning Sheesham wood pieces that we just can't resist.

What we really appreciate is their new tracking system. It's such a relief to know where our furniture is at all times. And not only that, but we even get to provide feedback throughout the building process! How cool is that? We felt like we were part of the whole thing, even though our furniture was being made all the way in India.

We've had nothing but great experiences with Sierra Living Concepts. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic, and they always go above and beyond to make sure we're satisfied with our purchases. We've recommended them to all our friends and family, and we'll definitely keep coming back for more.

Sierra Living Concepts really left a bad taste in my mouth. I cannot stress enough how frustrating it was to deal with them. I swear I should have done some research before moving forward with placing my order. The whole process was plagued with endless emails and phone calls. It was just non-stop back-and-forth.

To top it off, it took them a whopping seven months to deliver my order which was a king-size bed. The reason for this delay was that they did not manufacture the item in the US. Instead, they opted to order it from India. I couldn't believe it! Imagine my shock and dismay when I found out that I could have bought the same bed for half the price had I sourced it from India and arranged for shipping myself.

All in all, I am extremely disappointed with Sierra Living Concepts. I was expecting so much better from them. I would advise anyone thinking of dealing with this company to take their business elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I ain't even gonna lie, I ordered some furniture from Sierra Living Concepts on September 13th, and they said it would take 12 weeks to get to me. I was cool with that, you know? I'm not exactly tryna rush my home decor. But now it's been 16 weeks and 4 days, and I still don't know when my stuff is gonna come. I keep hittin' up customer service, and they keep tellin' me to be patient. But like, how patient am I supposed to be? This is crazy!

Like, my main issue is that nobody can tell me when my furniture is gonna arrive. All they say is that it's "in transit." Okay, but where is it? When is it gonna get here? I got other things to do, you know? I can't just sit around waitin' for Sierra Living Concepts to maybe deliver my stuff at some point.

And like, don't get me wrong - I ain't sayin' the furniture isn't gonna be worth it. Maybe it will be! But at this point, I don't even care about the quality anymore. It's just not good customer service to keep someone waitin' this long without any updates or concrete information.

Honestly, I'm just over it. It's been 4 weeks past the original delivery date, and who knows how much longer I'm gonna be waitin'. I don't think it's worth it to tie up all this money for so long just to get some furniture. There's gotta be better options out there.

I have to tell you, it's been a rough ride with Sierra Living Concepts (sierralivingconcepts.com). I ordered furniture from them a few months ago, and it finally arrived. Unfortunately, some of it was damaged, and the wood is already starting to crack. And this happened last winter! I mean, I know it wasn't from dry heat or anything, so what's going on here?

On the plus side, the furniture is sturdy. But the cracks are definitely concerning. And on top of that, screws in the hinges of the chest are breaking off with no warning. That's a big problem. However, I do want to give a shout-out to the lady named Nancy who helped me out. She was super nice and really went above and beyond.

But then there's Jenny. She was a real piece of work, let me tell you. I won't repeat the exact language I used to describe her, but let's just say it wasn't very flattering. She was not at all helpful, and I didn't appreciate her attitude.

I have to say, I'm really disappointed with the quality of the wood. It's junk, plain and simple. And apparently, it's made by underpaid craftsman from India. I don't know how true that is, but if it is, that's not cool. And the cracks in the five drawer chest and the eight drawer dresser are everywhere. It's not a good look.

Based on my experience, I would say that you should not buy from this company. Their furniture is not worth the money. Mine is already falling apart, and I don't think it's going to last very long. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your furniture needs.

So, let me start out by saying that I had a bit of a mixed experience with Sierra Living Concepts. I put in an order for a lovely dresser and two nightstands back in April, and I have to admit that I was pretty excited about upgrading my bedroom decor. However, I made the mistake of not double-checking the delivery timeframe - turns out it was going to take about 9 weeks for my furniture to get to me!

Now, I don't know about you, but that seemed like a pretty long time to me. And to make matters worse, I found out that my furniture was actually coming from overseas! It's not that I'm against buying products from outside of the country or anything, but I know firsthand that shipping something from overseas can be a real headache. So needless to say, I was a bit worried.

Fast forward a few months to now - it's almost September and my furniture is still "in port," according to the tracking information online. I tried reaching out to the customer service team last week for an update, but I haven't heard anything back yet. And honestly, it's been frustrating to wait for so long with such little communication from the company.

At this point, I'm considering canceling my order altogether. I mean, it's been several months and I still haven't received the furniture I paid for - that's not exactly a great customer experience, if you ask me. And seeing some of the negative reviews online, I really wish I had been more cautious before placing my order.

All that said, I do think that Sierra Living Concepts has some great furniture options. If you're not in a hurry, and you're willing to deal with the possibility of overseas shipping and long wait times, you might be happy with your purchase. But if you're looking for quick and reliable service, I would suggest looking elsewhere. As with any purchase, buyer beware!

So, I wanted to tell you about my experience with Sierra Living Concepts. I placed an order way back in March of 2022, and paid the full amount at that time. Then, over the next few months, I checked the status of my order regularly. It showed as complete and ready to ship by May, but it stayed like that for more than a month and I began to feel uneasy.

I reached out to their customer service several times, but to no avail. They kept telling me that my order would ship by mid-June, but here we are in July and it still shows as 'preparing to ship'. Since their furniture is shipped from overseas, I have no clue if and when the item will ever arrive.

I must say, the customer service was of little help and even less courteous. It seemed like they were reading from a script without actually addressing my concerns. When I asked for a refund a week ago they assured me it would ship the next day, but I am still waiting and the delay is causing problems for me.

I feel cheated and lied to. To my mind, this is not the way to do business. These folks are nothing but scam artists who want to make a quick buck. It's best to avoid them at all costs!

Sierra Living Concepts certainly makes some beautiful pieces, but my experience with them was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. On the one hand, they have some amazing items that I absolutely adored. On the other hand, once you pay them, it seems like all of their customer service goes straight to India, which can be a bit spotty at times.

The real kicker came when I sat down in one of their chairs for the first time and it completely cracked under my weight. Granted, I'm not exactly a small guy, weighing in at around 225 pounds, but I still expected more from a chair that was supposed to be sturdy and well-made. To make matters worse, I discovered that the chair was actually held together by glue, with no metal brackets or other supports to provide extra strength.

Despite my disappointment, I reached out to Sierra Living Concepts and they offered to send me not one, but two replacement chairs. I decided to take them up on their offer and asked for one chair and a bench instead. When my new pieces arrived, though, I found that the chair still didn't have any metal brackets or braces underneath it, and the bench came with no instructions for assembly. To make matters worse, the bolts provided were far too long, which made it impossible to put together without additional tools or hardware.

After yet another complaint, the customer service team agreed to refund me $150 for my troubles. However, it's now months later and I still haven't seen a dime. Despite multiple attempts to follow up and find out what's going on, I keep getting radio silence from them.

Overall, while Sierra Living Concepts may make some gorgeous furniture, I simply can't recommend them based on my own experiences. If you do decide to give them a try, make sure to double-check everything before you buy and keep a close eye on the quality of their products.

Got a conference table from Sierra Living Concepts and man, it took 21 weeks - way more than the 8-10 weeks they promised on their site. We didn't get anything too fancy either - just a standard dining table.

We didn't hear much about the "in process" work until we bugged them for pictures, and even then, the replies we got were canned and made us feel like they were blaming us for wanting to be updated. They kept telling us that the delay was due to their high level of workmanship, but we're pretty sure it had more to do with their organization and staffing. The materials might have been an issue too, who knows really.

There were two separate times, three weeks apart, that they told us it was gonna ship in the next cargo container. Obviously, that didn't happen. It was only when we started asking for a refund that things started to happen. It was shipped on a big ol' ocean freighter so it took a whole month to arrive. Finally got it yesterday and while it's pretty decent (not stunning), it was not worth the wait. It's unevenly stained on the edges and doesn't have that polyurethane coating that other tables have.

I guess the "natural" look is cool and all, but we gotta be real - we'll need coasters on this thing. We'll have to be careful about water rings and stuff. Overall, I wouldn't go for Sierra Living Concepts again. Should've just stuck to ordering a table from Wayfair.

So let me tell you about my experience with Sierra Living Concepts. My husband and I were on the hunt for some unique pieces of furniture that could fit into our home just right. After hours and hours of scrolling through countless websites, we finally came across Sierra Living Concepts. And trust me, we were not disappointed.

We ordered two buffet cabinets that were custom-made to meet our individual requirements. One was 84"L X 22.5"W X 45"H and the other was 36"'Lx 22.5"W x 36H". We knew from the beginning that it would take a while to get our furniture, given the current Covid restrictions and the fact that it was being shipped all the way from India. Nonetheless, we went ahead and placed our order in the middle of January 2021, hoping for the best.

It was a long wait, I'm not going to lie. But on June 13, 2021, our furniture finally arrived, and boy, were we impressed. The quality of the craftsmanship was outstanding, and you could tell that these pieces would last for generations to come. We were blown away by how stunning they looked in our home.

One thing that did concern me at first was having to pay the entire amount upfront. I mean, who does that? But in the end, I figured that it was worth the risk, especially because the reviews for Sierra Living Concepts were so positive. And let me tell you, their customer service did not disappoint. Despite the ongoing pandemic, their communication was excellent. They kept us informed every step of the way, providing us with pictures of our furniture as it was being built and keeping us updated on the delivery process. And the people we corresponded with on both sides of the globe were super friendly and helpful too.

All in all, we were over the moon with our purchase from Sierra Living Concepts. Sure, the wait was long, and the upfront payment was a bit scary, but the end result was worth every penny. We would definitely purchase from them again without hesitation.

So, I ordered some sweet furniture from Sierra Living Concepts in January, and I still don't got it yet! Been paying for it on PayPal Credit every month, but it's like this furniture got wings or something 'cause it ain't arrived! Was expecting it to be here tomorrow, but guess what? It's LOST! How do you lose a whole piece of furniture, man? And get this, it's comin' from Indonesia! That's far away, like across an ocean or two or something. Ain't nobody got time for that kind of waitin' around. Sierra Living Concepts better step up their game and get my stuff to me ASAP.

I just received my TV stand from Sierra Living Concepts and gotta say, it looks pretty good. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality. The doors seem to be warping in and out, I have attached a few pictures so you can see for yourself. The finish also seems to be cracking at almost every joint and there are areas where the side trim is missing. It's not terrible, but considering the price I paid I expected better quality.

I was actually planning on ordering a matching piece from them, a police that had a hutch, but after seeing the quality of this TV stand I don't think I want to pay that much money for this type of furniture. It's not terrible, but it's definitely not as good as I was hoping it would be.

Sierra Living Concepts is a company that sells different types of furniture. I wanted to buy a bed frame from them, so I placed an order in September. They said it would come in 8-10 weeks, and I was excited to have it before Christmas. But that didn't happen. Now they're telling me I'll have to wait for 17-18 weeks, which is a long time. I wish I had known this in the beginning, and I wouldn't have ordered from them at all.

Got some furniture from Sierra Living Concepts and dang, it took a hot minute for them to deliver it. Talkin' like 5 or 6 months, man. They ain't playin' around when it comes to takin' your money upfront. Ain't got no option for payment plans or nothin'. But I mean, the stuff is pretty solid and well-made. Can't lie about that.

Customer support though? That's a whole 'nother story. Had to call 'em up a bunch to try and figure out what was goin' on with my order. And get this, they got some folks in India answerin' the phones. Like what's up with that? Ain't got nothin' against folks in India, but it just don't seem right, you know? And they never gave me straight answers. Just kept sayin' "it's being processed" or "it's on the way". Whatevs man.

Overall, Sierra Living Concepts ain't the best company out there. Wouldn't recommend 'em to nobody. And get this, they ain't even listed on the Better Business Bureau. Probably 'cause they'd be shut down in a heartbeat. Horrible company, straight up.

Sierra Living Concepts isn't all that great if you ask me. I mean, I'm giving it stars out of pity, but really I would have preferred the option to give none at all. I went and ordered some furniture like half a year ago, way before I even needed it, and the salesperson said it would take only 10 to 12 weeks to arrive. Needless to say, it's now been almost six months and I still don't have anything to show for it. I had to keep pestering them over and over again to get any updates at all, and when I finally did manage to contact someone, what did they tell me? That the furniture would take even longer, another whole month! Who knows if that's even an accurate estimate at this point. Like, I can't even imagine waiting this long for some wooden chairs and tables. And don't even get me started on their so-called "customer service." I talked to some guy named Adam and he was about as useless as you can get. Rude and unhelpful, just what you want when dealing with a company that can't fulfill their promises. Sierra Living Concepts is a total joke, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone if you actually want your furniture in this lifetime.
