My kid's trip to the east coast got cancelled coz of covid. I didn't get no insurance and signed their cancellation policy. But, covid ain't no regular thing, so I was mad at how they didn't tell me much and didn't communicate well. They wouldn't even give me the vendor info and said they lost a lot of deposits, which sounds fishy coz airlines and hotels changed their policies too. They ain't good at customer service and I ain't using them again for my younger kid. I don't recommend this company.

Me and my partner signed up for a fancy Educational Trip for our daughter in 8th grade with Educational Travel Services Inc. (ETSI) in 2019. We paid a whopping $4500 between 10/8 and 3/18 for Plan # ***GRPS088323 Group # ***. But, the trip got postponed twice and we had to cancel it. We had bought trip insurance through ETSI, but still, we didn't get any refund. ETSI emailed us multiple times and promised to send a refund on 4/8, 8/20, 11/16, 11/16(again by another person), and 1/13/2022. But, we haven't received any refund yet.

I give this company less than 1 star! Me and my family got ripped off for the 2020 East coast trip, just like the rest of the families. They said we could go on a new trip, but they didn't give us any information about it. After weeks of run around from Ms. Katie, I found out that there was no planned trip. This is so wrong! They said they couldn't give us a refund because they spent the money, but that's not a good excuse. Katie even said they were keeping our money to keep their doors open! That's not fair! We need to make sure this never happens again to anyone! We need to tell everyone about this and fill out as many reviews as we can. We want our money back! This company is so unethical and immoral. They need to give us our refunds or close their doors!
