I’ve never every dealt with such an unprofessional and poor pathetic customer service I started WhatsApp them on the 27 January 2024 to complaint about my fibre that’s if I was ask to send pic of my router so they can see what light as red I send them pictures was told someone from second line was going to get back to me no one did I had to WhatsApp again to complain again the I got sick and tired of WhatsApp them and started phone same thing everytime second line going to phone me on the 1 February I phone again n was told my complaint was only log on the 1 February and I have to wait 24-72 hours to be assisted I’ve been phoning and WhatsApp since then no help fibre still off my account was debited they have their money but I still don’t have fibre I spoke to team leader all of them promised to phone me back but no one does I’m always the one that phones them they keep you on the phone for 20 to 30 minutes just to tell you someone going to phone me back today is the 5 February still no fibre was promised some one going to get back to me nothing I’ve recommended them to so many of my friends but regret doing that the service is pathetic Elvira Abrahams
