Customer service and tech support is not good. I bought a new portal to replace the old one on my bike, but it came without gaskets or caps. I called to ask why and they said I ordered it that way. They were not nice and didn't want to help. If I want the extra parts, I have to buy them. This is not professional. If I want to upgrade my ATV/UTV, I will go somewhere else. The new part only has a 30-day warranty, not lifetime like the whole kit. I don't recommend this company to others based on my experience.

I ordered atv tires, thinking I was getting 4 for $403. The description was tricky. I got an email saying it weighed 54 lbs. I contacted them right away. They said it was only for 1 tire. I tried to cancel, but they said it was already shipped. They charged me a 30% fee to return it, $120. They didn't offer any help. No discount or coupons. It's sad they won't help. I won't buy from them again or recommend them. I'm disappointed with their lack of effort to help. I wouldn't even give them 1 star after this.

I gotta say, this company ain't worth a single star - but I had to give 'em one. I bought a front diff locker from 'em and after just three trips, a bolt fell out and wrecked the whole dang diff. The Can-Am dealership told me the bolt wasn't tightened right. So I called up Super ATV and they said it was outta warranty, so tough luck for me. I asked to talk to a manager and finally got one who said I could send it back, but I gotta pay for it and send 'em a check for $250. That ain't gonna happen, 'cause the diff only cost me about $900. I told 'em it was only used three times in two years and about 60 miles, and me and my wife are in our 70s, so we ain't exactly roughin' it up. I know about warranties, but this was about shoddy workmanship. If you see us at an event, come say hi and check out my sign. Just remember, there's other options out there besides these guys.

I just got some parts from Super ATV and they didn't fit right. I've been working on machines for over 20 years, so I know what I'm doing. When I called customer service, they told me to send pictures or I'd have to pay a 25% fee. But to take the pictures, I had to put everything back together on my Polaris. That's crazy! And they won't pay for shipping either. So I have to pay $70 and the restocking fee just because the Chinese manufacturer messed up. This company is not fair at all. Don't buy from them. There are better places to get your parts. And if you have a problem, you'll have to pay for shipping. That's a lot of money for big stuff like bumpers and winches.

Unlike everyone else that comes here to complain, I came here say that I am impressed with your parts and speedy delivery. The control arms I have ordered are beyond expectations. Great products in my experience.

Cody N here, this company is a joke. My order # was "M [protected]". I called before they shipped it out to cancel the order because the link I clicked when purchasing said the configuration for my spacer converters was 4x 115 to 156. I called before it was even shipped or in UPS system. They told me they pride themselves on shipping out items fast so they cannot cancel the order. So then they made me pay for shipping to return an item that could have cancelled. Horrible customer service and horrible advertising. Granted I should have double checked the configuration. I tried to stop it before it was shipped.

This is the worst company ever. Please save yourself the frustration of dealing with such a poorly run scam of a company. First of all their products are always missing something and in my most recent purchase it was the instructions. Of course they tell you they are included in the packing slip which is a lie. Then one day after I ordered it the item when on sale and they would not honor the sale price. I would have to return it and reorder it to get the sale price and pay a 20 % restocking fee. Unbelievable. They are truly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They should be investigated for their business practices.

I ordered a back window for my rzr and when opened it the window was stretched I contact them to see what they could do for me and they said nothing sorry for the inconvenience is what they said lol I don't recommend this company!

superatv wants you to wright a review, As I did. stating how displeased I was with ill fitting and rusted parts, If it is not a review of praise they delete it, Quality control should be a concern, It is not. Bought high clearance a arms, Really nice out of the box. After installation tried to grease bushings. Guess what, No matter how much force is applied grease gun bushing would not take grease EVER, With in no time at all on the trail coating began to flake off in chunks. Revealing deep rust and pitting. Very displeased. Will never spend another cent with super-ill fitting rust-tv. The people behind this company have no pride, But they will sure stand there smiling and waving at the camera as if they do. Purchased a front differential for my customers ***.and per *** factory it was the wrong unit. The cv axles in this high lifter edition was bigger than the unit that was sent. So, i called super atv and spoke to customer service,and wanted info on the different units and part numbers. Low and behold they know absolutely nothing about the product they sell. So all they could tell me is that the part numbers must match. Well duh! So moving on... i asked for a refund and she said im responsible for shipping that i wasn't their fault. So i sent it back via ups and it took me calling them 3 times and a month to get the refund back so we can get a high lifter differential from a company that knows about tge products that they sell. Now the refund is issued and i look at the receipt and SURPRISE! A $232.98 restocking fee! Wow i must of misread the fine print somewhere. I guess it takes that much to put the new product back on the shelf i guess im done dealing with these crooks. Good luck to all the customers that has an fitment issue. I'll now make it known to all my atv/utv riders here in Florida not to buy from this place ever again.

I bought a bushing kit for my UTV and took it to a shop to install. But the parts didn't fit right. The shop guy said they were wrong and got the right ones. Now I'm trying to return the unused parts for a refund, but Superatv won't answer my emails and won't let me return them. It's frustrating.

I got Fender Flares for my 2017 *** from Super ATV on ***. They sent me the delivery but two of the Flares were for the same side. I told Super ATV and gave them the details. I checked back after 3 days but they didn't reply. So, I went back to *** for an exchange. Super ATV cancelled it. Then, I bought directly from Super ATV and got the same package I returned. (I know because the contact info sheet had my notes on it in the carton) I emailed them but they didn't reply. So now, I have $425 worth of trash.

I bought 2 axles from Super ATV on 7/1/2022 for $508.69. They said it would fit my Yamaha ATV, but on 2/16/2023 I found out they sent me parts for a different model. I told Super ATV and on 2/20/2023 they said it was Yamaha's fault and won't give me my money back. They took my model off their list, but I'm still stuck with useless parts.

I ordered a lift kit from Super ATV LLC in February, but it was the wrong one. I had to pay almost $500 to ship it back to them. The kit cost $2,663 and some change. I contacted the people in receiving at Super ATV LLC, and they said they received the lift kit back. They said they were going to credit my credit card for the total amount, but they never did. As of now, my credit card company is doing research to find out what's going on. Meanwhile, I'm on the hook for $2,663 and change. They haven't returned my phone calls or emails. The gentleman on the phone assured me that they were going to reimburse my credit card, but it never happened.

I got long travel arms for my 2017 Polaris Razor 1000 from Super ATV LLC. I got them installed by a pro and went to Glamis sand dunes once. The powder coating is coming off everywhere. I told the company and sent pictures right when I got home. They said the powder coating was out sourced and they have issues with them. After chasing them down for months, they said they are not responsible for anything. We bought them through them and they are responsible for them. They stopped all contact and canceled our account. They are a bad company selling bad parts! Many people on chat rooms are complaining about their parts and service.

I bought one of them power steering kits from SuperATV on ***. The *** was sellin' scratch and dent stuff. The kit come with all the right parts and was in the SuperATV box with the right part number. But here's the thing - the SuperATV website said that the kit would fit my machine. But it don't. I need a different kit with different brackets, steering shafts, and hardware. I done spent 12 hours takin' apart my machine tryin' to make this kit work before I found out that their website was wrong. This is their fault and they want me to pay for the right brackets. Their customer service is terrible. They're in the wrong, not me. It's right there on their website. I'm gonna send 'em pictures showin' their description of the item and my vehicle info. It shows that the kit is supposed to fit a [protected] Polaris 700XP with the parkin' brake on the left side of the steerin' wheel. But that's wrong info and they should be happy I'm tellin' 'em.

I bought a power steering kit from Super ATV LLC's website. It was called "Kawasaki Mule Power Steering Kit" and I clicked the "Add to Cart" button. I paid and assumed it would fit my ATV. But when I tried to install it, it didn't fit. I called them to return it and they said I had to search for my specific model fit. They also said I would have to pay a minimum of 25% restocking fee, which was stated in an email and confirmed by two people on the phone. Their website says it's a minimum of 20%, but they said it's actually 25%. They also said there would be additional charges that they couldn't tell me until they received the product back. So, I don't know how much I'll actually get back. Their website is misleading and the restocking fee is too high. Plus, they won't tell me how much the additional charges will be. I'll just have to find out. I might just sell it somewhere else.

I ordered sum stuff from Superatv on 4/3/2022 through ***. I got 4 axles for my 2015 can am outlander 1000, front left, front right, rear left, and rear right. It cost me about $900. The package didn't come when it was supposed to so I hit up the seller and they said the stuff was lost. They sent me 4 new axles and they came in a decent amount of time. I put the axles in my fourwheeler and the front left and front right kept poppin out of the front differential. I took the axles out and one of them was already broken after barely ridin. I got a warranty for the axle and they sent me another one with the same part number. I put the new axle in and still had the same problem. I took both axles out to compare to an oem axle and found out that all 4 axles were too short. I hit up superatv about the problem over 2 weeks ago and they haven't done anything except for warranty the axle again. When the axles were in, my front differential got ruined cuz the axles were too short. I got pictures to show the rhino brand axle compared to an oem axle and the length difference. I gave superatv the pictures and vin number of my fourwheeler. They said the axles were right but they're clearly too short and that's why my differential got ruined. I told them a bunch of times to come up with a solution to fix my diff and they just ignored me. A new differential is like $1,700 and it's their responsibility to fix it! I asked for a refund but they won't give me a straight answer and keep tellin me to go through eBay. I can't go through *** cuz the stuff I bought on my *** account still says it wasn't delivered cuz it got lost. I'm super pissed that I spent almost $1,000 and can't even use the stuff and it caused $1,700 worth of damage cuz of their parts!
