I bought a UTV from this company back in November . In February , I contacted them 'cause the power steering thingy wasn't working right. They sent me a troubleshooting PDF via email. I followed the troubleshooting steps, but no problem was found. Recently, I took my vehicle to a repair place for regular maintenance. They also couldn't find any issue using the troubleshooting guide and said the module had failed. Now, here's the kicker - American Landmaster won't cover the cost of replacing the part 'cause I brought up the problem after the one-year warranty period. But come on, I told them about it just 3 months after I noticed it! Their support team didn't even tell me to get it fixed under warranty back in February .

I'm writing this review 'cause I'm already feelin' ignored and gettin' a bit of a runaround when I call in and email. I bought the Am Marauder Gokart 5210 on 6/06 from a local store. I filed the warranty info on 6/7 with all the papers to back it up. Now my kart ain't workin' and my email chain got ignored as soon as I sent proof of purchase. The front wheel is leanin' out at the top after my kids had it for 'bout 24 hours. The belt is all burnt up. I'm missin' the battery and some parts to finish puttin' together the cage of the vehicle. When I called the service center today, they gave me two "local" businesses that were supposed to fix my Kart. Turns out, neither of 'em actually work with the service and warranty, and one of 'em don't even mess with go-karts. They made that real clear to me. That's got me worried, ya know?

I bought an L7 Trail from American LandMaster and boy, was I disappointed. This thing is not meant for off-roading at all, only good for smooth, flat surfaces. On my first two rides, I had to take it back to the dealer for repairs just to get it working again. But the third ride... oh boy, it ended in a disaster. The vehicle caught fire! Can you believe it? Turns out the gas caps leak, and even though the dealer replaced one for us before, it didn't make a difference. According to the official fire report, the drive shaft snapped and caused an electrical fire that started under the driver's seat. Crazy, right? The operator didn't even realize he was on fire until some other riders stopped him. Thank goodness they had a bottle of water and a bottle of Pepsi to put out the spreading fire.

Now, here's where things get really frustrating. The dealer has locked up our vehicle and won't let us lay eyes on it. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, after some service reps from American LandMaster inspected the vehicle in person, they made up some story about the operator using accelerant to start the fire. Can you believe the nerve? We've had to get an attorney involved because no one will talk to us or give us back our property. The customer service representative, let's call them ***, even hangs up on us! And the shop owner? Well, he conveniently disappears whenever we try to talk to him. It's just one big mess.

So, if you're thinking about buying from American LandMaster, I'd say think twice. Their customer service is a joke, and their vehicles are not reliable. Save yourself the headache and find a better option. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

We bought our Landmasters in April 2022, starting at 30 hours. We've had problems with starting them. When we try to start them, they have issues with running and staying running, as well as problems with the brakes. We sent them back to *** Lawn and Garden for warranty work. They had them for about a week and said they were perfectly fine. We struggled with the running problem for about two weeks, only for it to get worse. I contacted *** with Landmaster and also *** Vice President to find a solution. They told me that *** was a dealer and a warranty center. We had *** Tractor do warranty work on the brakes and engine, and they adjusted the brakes. After a month of the unit being there, we finally got it back, but the brakes were still not the best and the vehicle backfired. At 80 hours, the starter stopped working on my unit. I contacted *** Tractor to start a warranty claim, and they told me I would have to bring it in for them to install it. I reached out to *** again and asked if they could just send a new starter before I took it in because I didn't want it sitting in a shop for over a month again. He told me to have *** order a new one as warranty and if they had any questions, they should call *** and he would authorize the order, then I could install it myself. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I contacted *** at *** Tractor and asked about the starter and if it was ordered. He said they won't work on our units anymore because Landmaster hasn't paid for the last warranty work, and wherever we bought them, we would have to take the Landmaster there for any work.
