Was hired to do new roof shingle n flat also included all rotten wood as it’s an all inclusive company so they were hired and paid in full but the roof the is Not done professionally & proper it has many issues with the craftsmanship of there work. And has been a long process trying to get them to fix it properly and they refuse to do it properly & professionally so this leads to more stress and time n money and my old roof was not leaking at time but I was trying to be ahead of that but with this type of workmanship on the job they did I am sure to have many issues it’s just a matter of time when it show up n threw to the inside ceiling which will be another problem from there poor job they did.

PERFECT! I have been talking to so many companies, so many roofers, so many quotes. and Eddie and Summer Breeze Roofing were completely the best. The point that was most important to me was the confidence and technical competence. We agreed and they just went ahead and did the job. Very good job. They did exactly what they said they are going to do. The roof looks great. I would most definitely keep using them and very highly recommend. I wish more contractors will be like this one. less worry, less stress.

Mr. Eddie D. is a very professional, courteous, helpful and informative. He explains and answers every questions and concerns I have about my mom's roof. The roofing crews did an awesome job by putting the new roof on. The roof was finished on a timely manner and the crews clean after themselves. Summer Breeze did an outsanding job on our roof. They were on time, courteous and finished a large home in 3 days. They cleaned up their work every night and let us know the status of their work. As important, the Company carrys their own insurance for the employees and did not use sub-contractors. All workers were employed by Summer Breeze.
We have already referred them to 3 or 4 friends and did so with no worries as they will do a great job for them as they did for us.
We highly recommend this outstanding company.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Summer Breeze roofing. I just had my roof replaced at the the end of May and everything thing went as smooth as a home owner could wish for! From Bud coming out and giving us an estimate and explaining everything about the process to Zeke the lead man of a group of 12 hard working roofers. Who work from sun up to sun down to complete the job in one day which included replacing a lot of wood, they were awesome. I can't forget Vince and Nick from the office! Very satisfied customer Great job Summer Breeze!

My back porch flat roof has been nothing but trouble for 39 years. Since it obviously needed replacing for the fourth time, I asked a neighbor for a referral. Summer Breeze's owner came out promptly and gave me a solid estimate. He promised a firm number with no add ons for unforeseen problems. They performed the job to include bringing it up to current hurricane standards in one day. The workers were courteous and they cleaned up well. They provided the release of lien at closing. I couldn't ask for better service and I highly recommend their service.

Couldn't be happier! Summer Breeze performed exceptionally well and got the job done quickly. They were full-service, supplying all that was needed and the price was inclusive- no add ons. We are a business and needed the job done over the holidays- a big ask, but they delivered! And no residual mess-they cleaned up after the job and the place looks great! The staff was patient with me as I expected 'surprises' along the way, and I did get a big one- a company that delivered what they promised when they promised and no hidden costs! We live in riverview Florida. Summer Breeze roofing just completed our roof and I can't say enough about this company. The owner was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional. The work crew were polite and courteous. They worked steadily the first day removing old shingles and replacing bad wood and even worked late to get the undercoat down before they left for night. The following day the shingles and trim were completed. They left my property spotless, taking care not to leave any nails. I'm extremely happy with my new roof and the great work they did I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent company

We were in the market of getting our flat roof replaced, called several companies and we ended up using Summer Breeze Roofing. We could not have been more pleased with the professionalism that they provided us. They communicated and let us know when they would be out and what to expect. The work was completed in less than a day, no mess to clean up and the flat roof looks amazing. We will definitely use Summer Breeze again when our roof needs to be replaced. I have lived in Clearwater for over 27 years. My experience with contractors has been a roller coaster ride . After 25 years plus in the new homes business, it has been frustrating. My Experience with Summer Breeze Roofing has been wonderful and professional. I contacted them for what I thought was a minor issue that turned into a larger issue that was a more time consuming than was originally planned. Although it took more time than was figured into their tight schedule, they stepped right up and worked us in. Ther work was superior and done in a timely fashion. I would recommend Summer Breeze Roofing to anyone who needs roofing work done.

Excellent Company! A+++ I got 11 quotes and made a great decision going with this company. They tore off a double roof, replaced a ton of bad wood and re-shingled. Ed and Bud were great to work with! Javier and his crew were Amazing! They are a good Christian Company and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any roof repairs or replacement. They Exceeded my Expectations and came through on all their promises. Not only did they offer a great value they offered a great finished product. Summer Breeze just completed a full replacement on our commercial building. We are totally impressed with company, staff and workmanship received. They gave advice, estimate and final documentation exactly per our agreement, no add-ons or extras asked for. They scheduled a start date and were there at 7AM on that day and stayed on the job until finished. We are completely satisfied with every aspect of this company. They didn't disrupt the lessee or their business during the installation. Left the job site clean and in perfect order. Summer Breeze has been a total delight to do business with. I feel so blessed to have found Summer Breeze Roofing. I always collect several quotes and Summer Breeze was by far the best overall company. I researched every aspect of the composition of a roof and what to look for in a roofer. Summer Breeze past all the test :). Im very pleased with the quality of the Atlas brand roofing system. Summer Breeze uses all the components of the Atlas roofing system to receive the extended warranty protection period. The office staff is very kind, and professional. The roofers worked hard and efficiently. I really don't have a single complaint about my experience. Great price, all inclusive! Best of all the discounts on homeowners insurance!

Impressive company! We got 3 estimates to replace a large flat roof with an ISO board pitch system roof. The reasons we chose Summer Breeze was the warranty they offered and the fact they did not charge extra for replacement of damaged wood. A significant amount of wood was replaced (they obviously can't see it until they tear off the old roof) but true to the estimate there was no extra charge. We weren't told initially but upon completion of the work we were provided the name of a home inspection company to contact for a wind mitigation report for our insurance company that was paid for by Summer Breeze Roofing! The work was completed timely and everyone we dealt with was professional. We are more than pleased and feel this company truly went above and beyond!

A very good experience. From initial contact to have a rep come to the house for the quote to the final cleanup after the job was done, all went as promised. All my questions were answered prior to signing the contract, so I felt comfortable there. They provided me the shingle manufacturer's regional rep's phone number when I had a particular question about installation and how that affected the manufacturer's warranty. The crew was exceptional, finished in one day and cleaned up everything. Everything was included in the price; wood and a wind mitigation inspection as well. That made cost concerns go away. Their quote was in the ballpark of five other quotes. The final product looks great and now waiting for the first rain as the last confirmation of a job well done.

It is really easy to write a Google review when you have something to complain about, however, this is not that review. We own a house in Hillsborough County that had a 16 year old roof that the insurance wouldn't cover because of some wind damage. I was seeing other houses in the neighborhood getting new roofs and could see that the quality and workmanship went all over the place - meaning some were good, some were bad, some were completed in one day, and some were taking 5 days. There was a lot of inconsistency. Because it was time to replace our roof, I did my due diligence and got 6 quotes - not just the bottom-line of cost, but the details. What is your mitigation process, what materials are you using, who is the manufacturer, what's their warranty and what is your warranty as a roofer? So, trying to make all things equal we looked at everything. They ranged in price with about $7,500.00 spread. Now for the hard part - to get the best roof for the price. Was I paying for TV ads or large billboard ads at the side of the highway but getting a builders grade roof - or was it a premium roof at a fair price? Every company sent over a high pressure closer to try to get me to sign the papers save one - Summer Breeze Roofing.
We chose Summer Breeze Roofing, and here is why. It's a family-owned business, not one of those corporate businesses, who at the end of that day, you are just another number. I had 3 pleasant discussions with Nick P. and he emailed me everything I needed; the scope of the project, what was covered, the materials that were used, the inspection, the mitigation, the pulling a permit, the full price with no hidden "what ifs," etc. Everything was above board - all legal and nothing for me to worry about, nothing lurking in the shadows, nothing working in the grey areas and no cutting corners. All bonded, insured, and licensed. I was given a start date, but we were able to start a week sooner because materials came in even though we had a special order shingle.
Nick sent his employee, Matt, out to go over and have me sign the paperwork which I had no problem doing as Matt took the time to explain the whole Atlas system from the under material which is adhesive backed and seals all the nails to how now the shingles have grippers. Everything about it was perfect. The crew that came out worked hard and consistently, but more than that they worked thoroughly, and they did the job proper from start to finish. They were great about communicating with me and I cannot say enough good things about them. The communication process was clear and easy, no ambiguity, things were done on time a schedule that was put forth and not deviated from. There were no mistakes, hiccups or anything negative. I believe I have a perfect roof at a reasonable price done by guys who know what they are doing, who follow the manufacturer's standards and State/County building codes. I am happy with this roof and happy to recommend Summer Breeze Roofing to anyone who is considering getting a new roof or siding as they have been superlative in every aspect of this process. I trust these guys explicitly.
