I order 3 dresses from this company may 15th 2015. Got them by may 22, 2015. I got home from work and was happy the package came in. The dresses looked gorgeous online. It was sent in a plastic bag (how cheap), but I didn't think much of it. So I opened the bag and tooked out the dresses. Ok the first one was a pink belted bodycon dress.
The second one was a bustier bodycon dress with floral design. I order them both in size medium but usually wear small. They both were super tight on me with no space to breath. I don't think they were medium. The third dress the worst one out of them all. OmG! It was a vanna midi ivory dress. The color was not ivory but white. The fabric was made out of cheap spandex. They sew some horrible shoulder pads on the dress. I swear the dress was made from china. The only thing they got right on this dress was the size. I order that in a small and funny thing was it was actually looser than the other two in a medium. Werid! I was horrify so I checked their website on returns. It stated that all returns must be done within 5 days of receiving and to email them with the order number and dress you are returning. Then wait until they send you a return confirmation. So I email them right away with all the information. I waited until Monday afternoon to re email them again. Since it was a holiday I thought they might be close. I waited 8 days and no reply from them. So I decided to call them. I called them around 11:30am in central time. They are at least 2hrs ahead from my time zone. The phone ranged and no answer. I got sent to voicemail. I got mad so I wrote on their instragram page about their treatment that I got. Hoping all the new and old customers or people who are thinking about buying their clothes see that. Two hours later I checked their instragram page and I got blocked! Just wow if they got time to post and block me from instragram. They should of use that time to email me back about my purchases. I'm very disappointed in that company. Don't ever buy from them. Or you will get scam just like me. The dresses weren't cheap either. I paid $40 each for dress one and two then $45 for dress number three. This is the first time that I ever got ugly dresses buying from online.
Please do not order from this website it is a SCAM! I placed an order in February and still never received my package after they sent me an email saying my package would be shipped on Tuesday “Guaranteed”. SMH
I placed a order almost a month ago, I have not received a shipping conformation as of today. I attempted to call the number listed on the site multiple times with no success. I have sent several emails and left vm. I received a email about a week ago stating the shipping was delayed and I should receive notifications in a few days. Still nothing!
I ordered from South Africa and never received my package they are the worst
Ordered 2 items received one. No response on email or Instagram. I am disputing charge. Asking post office to verify weight. Look at size of envelope
I ordered three items and only got two. I ordered a jumper in size large but I actually wear medium and it doesn’t fit. I will never order from this company and DO NOT recommend! Most of the items you can find on other sites much cheaper with better customer service and return policy.
This place Sucks!..I've placed a few orders over the last 2 yrs..and since then I have never recieved every thing I've ordered😡..the 1st time c/s was excellent..that's why I gave it another try..since then I dont knw why I even waisted my time because it's not worth it..mayb bcuz the items online are so cute
..but in person its like 😒 ordering from a China base site..who ever handles c/s must only wrk part time..its takes 4everrrrr to receive your package and their only a state away..its not worth the headache.
I give up trying to support this company..U can find better clothes and service else where..They get a -2 rating from me!They really need to do better!
I ordered 5 items from here. My order costed $158.
Out of all the 5 items, only one was correct. I ordered dark jeans but they gave me green. I ordered pants that looked velvet but they ended up being Corduroy. I was missing 2 other items. They only got the dress right. I ordered Jan 10, didn't recieve my package till Jan 28. I had to email because nobody answered the phone, or came on the Live Chat. I am currently waiting for a response.
They are terrible. The owner took a trip right after a huge sale after the 4th of July sale. It took almost a month to recieve my package(25 days to be exact). I believe in supporting small businesses but this business will never get my dollar again.
I love Sugarpopped and they have the best prices anywhere. They always have a good sale and was very happy with customer service everytime I make a purchase.
