Kingstone Insurance Company ain't no good, they're just looking to take your money. They're fine with you being a customer until you have to make a claim. Then they drop you like a hot potato and cancel your policy. It happened to me, and my name is ***. I don't know if that's legal, but the government doesn't seem to do anything about it.

When I finally got through, their service was so bad, they spoke with me very rudely and didn't give me any explanations. It was a nightmare dealing with them, and I would never ever recommend them to anyone. They should learn how to treat their customers with respect, or they will lose business fast. It's a shame, because I thought they would be a good option for my insurance needs. But now I regret ever doing business with them.

Dis here insurans be'n a real bummer. My dang buildin got some serious dang damage, and now it might be dang hazardous fer livin'. Supposed ta be coverin' dis crap, but den I talked ta da adjuster and he said it might be 'cause of water gettin' in da bricks 'n' freezin' 'n' causin' da front ta come off. What da heck?! Dis ain't my fault! Da claim rep straight up dismissed my claim, sayin' it's just wear 'n' tear 'n' not covered. But I swear there's evidence of water damage up on da ceilin' of da top floor, which backs up what da adjuster said. 'N' even if it is wear 'n' tear, they still ain't givin' me no money ta fix da water damage. What kinda garbage is dis?!

We got insurance for our crib on August 6 from Kingstone Insurance Company. We paid them all the cash on July 27th totaling to $5,829. They shouldn't start insuring till our home's completion though. Unfortunately, our insurance broker hit us up on Sep 20 and told us that Kingstone made the project worth too much, so they won't insure it no more. They buggin' talking about the vacuum costing $26k when it's only worth $5k. We had no choice but to find another insurance company that replaced our policy starting from Oct 1st, 2021. Kingstone gave us back our money, but they took out $1,085 like they've been insuring our home for almost 3 months which ain't right. The insurance only started on Aug 6 and they stopped it on Sep 20. They sent us a check of $4744 on Oct 1st when it should have been more. At $15.96 per day, they owe us $366.80 more for insuring us from Aug 6 to Sep 20. But they're hard to reach as they fire their peeps too often, so our broker couldn't get the answers we need.

Hi, I had a problem with my homeowners insurance last fall. I made a claim for repairs to my deck and sunroom, but they only agreed to cover the sunroom. Turns out, there was more damage in the sunroom than we thought, including mold, electrical and fire damage. We had to remove everything from the sunroom and start all over again. The extra work cost $12,000 more than the original quote and we have been trying to get reimbursed from Kingstone since January. Unfortunately, they have not been very helpful. I have contacted them multiple times and only 10% of my calls and emails have been answered. I've spoken to several people at Kingstone, including a manager, who all say they will review the new quote and speak to my contractor, but nothing has happened. I even threatened to contact the ComplaintsBoard.com, but still no luck. It's been over 6 months and I'm still waiting for resolution.
