On December 2nd, 2024 I had to cancel a flight from Buenos Aires, Argentina to Washington, D.C. due to a delayed connecting flight. The airline processed a refund December 3rd and mailed the check to Studentuniverse. On January 8th, I received notice from the airline (Delta) that Studentuniverse had cashed the refund check. Since then I have called repeatedly and been told that they are working on it. It has been nearly one year, and it really does not seem as though Studentuniverse has any intention of returning the refund to me. I would like my money back.
