I bought a ticket to the Florida Panthers game for 5/11/25. I never received the ticket and explained the circumstances of an out of town needing the ticket at least 2 days prior to the game. All I received was excuses and nasty un-professional customer service taking no accountability. This ticket issue cost me $100's of dollars in logistical nightmares. Also, I was charged almost $300 per service fees on 3 tickets. 2 arrived the third most needed ticket for the same event still never arrived. It's 4 hours prior to game time and I purchased it last week. Dealing with their customer service and customer service managers was a nightmare. I will never use them again!

Desired outcome: I would like my money back $345 plus $100 for travel car mess-up.
