I can't cancel my plan and I can't remove my payment info!
I can't cancel my plan and I can't remove my payment info! I tried to cancel my plan online, but it didn't work. They told me to call a number to cancel, but the person who answered couldn't cancel it for some reason. They transferred me to another department, but it was closed for Veterans Day. The phone hung up on me after I was transferred. They have my contact info, but I couldn't cancel my plan online or by phone. This is not okay and I'm filing a complaint.

I called Stride Health, Inc. on December 13th at 10:03 AM for help. The lady on the phone was not nice and kept talking about open enrollment. I told her that I already got many emails about it and that's why I'm calling for help. But she didn't want to help and was mean to me. When I asked her why she was being rude, she hung up on me. I called back, but I was on hold for 15 minutes. The recording said I could ask for a call back by pushing 2, but it didn't work. I don't know if it was the same rude lady or not. I can't wait on hold all day, so I'm writing this review to ask Stride to help me and deal with that mean lady. She shouldn't be working there if she treats people like that. Now, I might not be able to get health care because of her personal problems.
