I received a postcard advertisement in the U.S. Mail today. It is highly deceptive. Although it does have a disclaimer at the bottom of the address in very small print "This is an advertisement for *** it may appear to some recipients that it is coming directly from *** The email address for customer service on their website blocked my message requesting removal from their mailing list.

One of GoHealth Insurance agents, Aquil McIntyre, fraudently enrolled me in their Blue Shield HMO without my knowledge, resulting in my Anthem Blue Shield Medicare Supplment (PPO) being cancelled. I've spent hours and hours on the phone with Anthem to finally get this straightened out. Mr. McIntyre is employed by GoHealth Insurance, a company contracted by Anthem to provide insurance coverage. GoHealth is only interested in one thing: selling coverage. And they'll commit fraud to do it.

Tried to get GoHealth to stop sending these postcard offering "a new *** plan with additional benefits...We can also verify your eligibility for things like:" to a DECEASED person. When I called the phone number on the postcard, a person who identified himself as *** answered. After telling him that I was trying to get him to stop sending these offers, that the addressee has been deceased since 2012, he said, "*** for your loss" and hung up! Not only is there no return address, his rudeness is totally unacceptable.

I am receiving 20+ spoofed robo calls from this company every day. Call centers in *** pick up and then they eventually route you to someone in *** if you tell them you are a *** recipient. The calls from *** are clearly predatory and intended to target seniors.I have repeatedly told the representatives in *** to no longer call me, however I still get the calls.I have filed several complaints with the *** as my number is on the "Do not call" list and they continue to call. I am nowhere near the age to receive *** either.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.

Highly deceptive, possibly criminal. My father in law, who has dementia, received a post card and called the number, thinking he was talking to Humana. This company promised to save him $24 a month and that was enough for him to agree. They didn't review his providers, coverage, nothing. I called Humana to disenroll him (which took 3 calls, and over 2 hours of time), they said that the agent was McCayla Steppelman with no broker number, no phone number and his application was signed by "e-signature." Not sure how that's possible since he doesn't have a smart phone or computer. These people are predators and need to be stopped.

This soliciting company is highly unethical. They used prior information to make changes to a seniors *** plan without verifying any information. Then, they sent information confirming enrollment to original plan after call was made to tell them what they did was improper. They are making changes in *** enrollment without any approval and producing fraudulent documents trying to confirm their impropriety. We are appalled with GoHealth! They should definitely be investigated for their business practices. Their services to act as a liaison for *** coverage were never requested! We verbally stated (on several recorded calls) that we want no dealings with any services/aspects of Go Health!

I have a learning disability and considered disabled by my neurologist and the state so when they called me around 2pm *** time I was near my mom who use to work with people on dialysis and help get there insurance she knew right away they were not legit and they sounded kind of shady there was one guy who kept transferring me to there and when I did not understand what was happening he got frustrated and mad at me so I called mercy care my state insurance and asked if they knew anything about go-health they then said block the number and do not give them any information it is said that they would take advantage of people especially the elderly and mentally disabled thank you to Complaintsboard.com I would of never known what scumbags they are if I did not look them up on here

My husband retired I was had to apply for *** part B first before I could have *** part C. I called Go Health Spoke to *** R who did the application for Aetna ***. I got a denial from Aetna *** because the special circumstances was not entered, he spelled my last name incorrectly, my address was incorrect & left off my phone number so Aetna was not able to call me. I now have to wait until 09/01 for coverage. *** part A & B does not cover RX had *** filled out the app correctly I would of have ins that would of paid for my scripts. I am out of pocket $350.00 for my scripts this month. I would suggest contacting the carrier you want directly. This company failed me horribly and I would never ever recommend any one to call "Go Health"

Our health care system is failing. My son went to the walk in at Go Health because we have *** He was turned away. He has seasonal allergies and every year he gets a sinus infection. He wasn't able to be seen by his primary doctor in office because he has congestion and that sends a RED flag for Covid. He went to the walk in and they had no appointments available till the next day. Why have walk in's to be seen for illness or injury? This just goes to show our younger generation that our health care system is failing. What do our younger generation have to look forward to? I am applauded at *** that they would turn to such care as this. I don't know what can be done but I hope someone figures it out before people do start dying of other illnesses or injuries and not COVID.

Stay away from these scammers. They lie and I suspect them and their schemes to fraudulently rip off *** once they get your *** number. I found out their scam, intentionally giving me fake phone numbers for *** and *** that were both a medical supply. Only reason I can think of is this is a record that I called the medical supply twice and ordered something I didn't. He said I was enrolled in the new *** program he offered for May 1st, but when I called the real *** number, they said they cannot accept it in April and only the fall open enrollment like I thought, but he insisted I can. I called him back and told him what I found out (calmly) and he hung up on me. I have reported them, name and phone numbers to *** and their security is now tracking my *** number. I am to watch for any suspicious packages sent to me and any threats or harassments, and report them to ***. They told me this happens all the time. "

They call me from south of the Rio Grand or somewhere in *** judging from their accents. They say they are calling from ***. I asked them which *** president was from *** and they didn't know. They say that new benefits have been added to Parts A and B of *** and they want to help me get the benefits. They don't know about ***. Ask them something. They don't know. They are actually making cold calls and screening for Go Health. They will transfer you to someone in the *** if you answer their questions. The person in the *** will try to sell you a *** Supplemental policy. The person selling the policies will not mail material to you so you can make a side by side comparison. They want you to make a choice of which policy you want over the phone, They don't have email address or call back numbers or profiles on LinkedIn. They are deceptive and dishonest. Who knows what will happen if they get a credit card or *** number.

As an independent contractor who has enrolled many health insurance customers for GoHealth, I can say from experience that they're a dishonest and fraudulent company. Not only have they not paid me the over $3,500 that they owe me (and I've sent them documentation to that effect), but now they claim I owe them over $9,000. Also, a guy named *** emails me, trying to explain why they reversed my commission and charged me back for customers who had a policy with them for the entire year. The legal issue of most importance though, is that when GoHealth does charge back someone for their commission, they don't back that amount off the person's *** form. So basically, their scam is that they pay you for signing up a customer, then add that amount to your *** form. Next they take that commission back from you, but they never subtract that amount off your *** form. So at the end of the year, you still pay taxes on money they took back from you. A complete scam of an organization.

DO NOT BE FOOLED! I called a number from a commercial ad on TV and believed I was speaking with Medicare and/or Blue Cross. The representative immediately wanted to know my birthdate. I, stupidly, shared it and expressed my concern giving it to her. Through our conversation she shared some of the benefits changing over to Anthem Blue Cross. Because of the details I asked if she could email me what she had gone over and she asked me my name, and again I was reluctant to add my name since she already had my birthdate. Anyway, she emailed me something that appeared legit until I started clicking into "pick my doctor" ...some of the links didn't seem to work but one of them seemed to almost go through but it didn't for a number of minutes and I was distracted by a call. When I returned the page that came up was a lengthy miso-mash of letters and symbols that looked extremely suspicious as a malware/scam. I clicked out of it. I went searching for GoHealth because that was the company that her email address came from. Luckily, I never filled out anything. BUT now I'm worried.

I called GoHealth on behalf of my elderly mother. I had recently seen advertisements regarding their services, including zip code lookup, in order to determine the "savings" that you could get during the open enrollment period. Mom said that she wanted money to be added back to her social security as was suggested in the commercial, so I took a chance and called. The first phone number that I called put us on hold for at least 35 minutes, so looked up the website and saw another number to call. When I called that number someone answered immediately, and seemed to want to help. He took my mom's information, including her medicare number, and than asked for a detailed list of her medications. When my mother started spelling the medications to him, the customer service representative acted as if he could no longer hear her, asked repeatedly the spelling. Mom said soon after some woman she did not know snatched the phone from the original representative, and was immediately rude to my mom. Mom said that the woman did not ask her any questions, and just abruptly hung up the phone. I am worried now because they have mom's medicare number. What should I do, file a complaint with the FTC? Please advise...

My mother who is 74 years old and recently had a spinal fusion and went to rehab. She is staying with me to recuperate. A Go Health employee called her and asked her to call her right back on a specific extension. She then preceded to talk my mother into a *** by telling her what all it would pay for and not telling her what all she would lose if she changed. My mother thought she was talking with someone from Medicare. I called the representative back with my mother and the representative tried to argue with me. We told her my mother wanted to keep her Medicare plan and cancel the ***. It had only been an hour that she did all of this. They transferred us to another representative in Chicago and we were informed that because they do the application on the *** portal we could not cancel for 48hours. I called back to the main Go Health number and informed the representative that I wanted to make a complaint and his response was " I'm sorry I can't help you with that" and hung up on me. I called back and the same representative gave me the *** customer service line. I said I need to complain on a Go Health employee not ***. He would not transfer me or give me another number to call. These people pray on the elderly and do not provide them with accurate information that could cause a huge negative impact on their healthcare .

I called my own employer based insurance company this week ready to choose a new *** Advantage Plan for 2022. The phone line was 'compromised' by 'someone' and the *** transferred the call (it had been compromised by some entity - foreign?) to Go Health Company! I (without any knowledge of course) went on with the person who answered the phone at Go Health completely unaware that it was not the Employer based insurance company I always use every year to sign up for a health plan. After 2 hours of going over the new plan, I happen to ask after thinking something wasn't right, are you this ... insurance company, my employer provided ins. company? She rep told me ,'I don't know'. That was my ***, She then asked her supervisor (she said) and she told me the supervisor said, she thought they were. I knew then they were lying through their teeth. I contacted my real insurance company and they said they never would have transferred my call to their competitor which happened to be GO HEALTH. So I know now that phone call was spoofed or taken over perhaps by a foreign entity to go directly to Go Health. You cannot tell me ghat Go Health was not proividing whoever to do this. Such an unscrupulous company. I am so that that Aetna took over and is changing the name from Go Health to my employer based insurance carrier. What a scam of a company. After reading all these review, now I know for sure, this was a scam to take this sale away from my employer's insurance company which would have cost me hundreds of dollars I would have lost by going outside my employer insurance co. When I told the *** rep that I talked to, I received NO ANSWER. That figures, and proves she knew all along what was going on. Beware, do not use Go Health, a scam ridden company (in my opinion). Aetna and my real insurance company got me all straightened out and my plan back to my legitimate insurance (employer) company.

Mail to my father-in-law (DECEASED 2012) continues to come to our address regularly from GoHealth. I have repeatedly asked that they stop sending mail due to two very important factors: 1) *** (AKA *** S, or ***) is DECEASED and 2) He's NEVER lived with us OR at this address! STOP! STOP! STOP! They continue to send mail.

Just reporting false advertising; GoHealth sent a postcard regarding additional *** coverage but the postcard is labeled "Dane County *** Benefit Update" despite not being from an official *** agency; yes, there is small print declaring "GoHealth is not connected or endorsed..." etc. in 6pt type; but I believe the content of this ad is deliberately deceptive and harmful to older folks who can not read fine print as well and could be easily deceived into believing the mailer represents a legitimate, government entity.

I have received, twice now a card in the mail from gohealth. It is directed to my grandmother who passed several years ago. The first time I received it I called, gave her name and was told she would be removed from the mailing list. So when got one again today: June 21,2021 I called again. Now this time they took my grandma's name and then wanted to know who I am. I only said I am her granddaughter. They then wanted my age. I responded that that wasn't something they needed. He argued with me for a bit before saying he would remove her name and hanging up.

My father *** who is unable to understand many issues was contacted by GoHealth trying to sell him a *** plan. He is currently waiting on *** approval from the state and thought this company was them.They started selling him another plan. He is not able to make decisions as again, he was confused.Im looking for GoHealth to stop any new plan they are trying to sell him and to stop contacting him. Again, he is not able to make that kind of decision and is already being handled by ***DoneRight. He is confused and thought that is who he was speaking with.

I contacted GoHealth in response to TV ad stating Medicare recipients may be entitled to Part B refund. The rep required my name, address and birthdate BEFORE transferring me to Oscar, who repeatedly boasted of being a "licensed insurance agent." Unfortunately, Oscar kept stammering and failed to provide any information whatsoever and hung up on me! Based on other complaints, I am very concerned that GoHealth scams Medicare recipients. In a subsequent call to another rep, I glean, between the lines, that I must also be Medicaid recipient to be entitled to a refund for Part B. Why not just state that upfront?

I received an unsolicited postcard today from this company regarding a *** Notice for Halifax County. I don't know where they got their information from, but I am not even eligible for ***. It will be a couple of decades before I will be eligible for *** and I am not interested in their services so there is no need to waste their time and mine sending me information about this matter. There was no mailing address on the postcards (as I believe a legitimate business would provide) but GoHealth is written in small letters at the bottom of the postcard. I want all contact from this company (and their partners) to cease immediately.

After receiving many postcards, finally called and spoke with ***. I gave him all info. regarding my *** Advantage policy. I was informed that I could do much better, such as deleting my $19 per month and getting other benefits. I inquired about dental, and he tried to call my dentist at that time. Since no answer, I was to call *** back this week to determine if he had contacted my dentist to get the information about their HMO status. I haved repeatedly tried to call *** back with no luck. I need more info. on several things. Is this business legit? Is Spender Sharp legit? Am I being scammed again?

I received unwanted mail about *** today from GoHealth. I have never heard of this company and most certainly did not ask to be placed on their contact list. I am several decades away from being eligible for *** so I am not sure how they obtained my name for this or why they sent this to me anyway. This is the third or fourth company that has sent me junk mail about *** that I am not even eligible for. I want my name and address removed from their contact list and all contact from them and their partners to cease immediately. If I receive any further mail from them I will be sending my complaint to the *** Thank you.

On April14 I received an open card, without any envelope urging me to enroll in a *** plan.The fact that the card is open with my information letting anyone know my name, my status as a *** user and in consequence making public my age, address. I am a very discreet people and if some company want to be in business with me the minimum I expect is that they send the advertise of their services inside an envelope. As I said I do not like my information to be flying like this for the public to make deductions about my life. I would like that this company stop doing this and do not send me any other card.Thak you for you assistance.

This company is sending me unsolicited paper mail advertising every week for *** plans, flooding my mailbox and I want it to stop. I called the phone number on the advertising, thinking that I can talk to a customer service representative to tell them my information and to stop mailing me advertising. Unfortunately, the person from this company refused to help with this matter and forwarded me to another phone that he claimed would be a service representative that can help with this matter. It turned out that he forwarded me to a phone outside of his company to a private residence that had nothing to do with GoHealth. I want the mail to STOP! I am receiving unsolicited *** mailers and I would like that to STOP!I have emailed GoHealth *** on two separate occasions (9/23 & 4/5/2022) and requested removal from their *** mailing/marketing list with no avail.I have received a total of 9 *** mailers from this company since 11/10.Their mailers are mailed first class but do NOT include a return address so they can NOT be refused or RTS.Questionable mailers - wording like *** Notice - Immediate Response Requested, 2021 *** notice for xxxxx county residents, Important Information for *** recipients of xxxxx county, etc.Please remove my name/address from your *** mailing/marketing list. I am in NO need of your services!

My Mother who has hearing issues was contacted by this company about changing her *** The personJared *** misrepresented himself. ( I have not been able to talk to him and his *** turns up nothing ) She believed he was WITH *** He switched her from a PPO with all of her specialist Doctors and put her on a HMO with NONE of her doctors in the network. I have been on the phone with this " Go Health " and I am just put on hold over and over. I am her POA and have sent the paper work to them. I have been trying to solve this issue for 3 weeks. I have also contacted the insurance company *** My mom has dementia and they sold her something she can't use ! I have even talked to them about the *** laws on the aging and disabled.. PLEASE HELP

. My name is *** (Daughter). I do have signed Hippa and POA forms. My father has been ill and in and out the hospitals for the last 7-8 months. We just recently found out that his insurance plan with Wellcare was changed in Aug 2020 that took affect in Sep 2020. I contacted Wellcare and have been working with Desiree [protected]. After a few months of trying to get an answer to who changed his plan, she was unable to but told me to call Go Health. None of the family changed his plan and my father said he never spoke to anyone or changed his plan. I made several attempts to them to obtain a voice recording Last contact 4/26 4:38pm with Lisa. I told them I want the voice recording of my father giving permission . They keep reading off messages but not playing the recording that proves permission was given .They never call me back . The Broker who changed the plan is no longer there. Changing plans may have negatively impacted his claims. [protected]

I am trying to get help with *** Part B - in speaking to a representative from GoHealth one gentleman told me I could call after 90 days to get the $170.00 monthly charge back into my SSI that I'm charged for ***. Later, I spoke to another person and they gave me a number that doesn't work. Then I spoke to another rep that told me I couldn't apply for it at all. I am on a fixed income and when I'm told that I can get the the funds put back into my SSI check I listen, but when I get several answers I have to complain. What is going on over at GoHealth? Who are these people that they pay to deal with the public. I have had to hang up on several of the people because I would tell them the problem and they would turn around and ask me a question that I just stated several times. Like they were busy doing something else while I was telling them the problem. I am very discouraged and I just signed up with this company, I feel like I've made a terrible mistake. Help Please.

I have contacted this organization at every phone number possible, because they continually mail postcards to my husband and me with their solicitation for benefits, which we are not interested in. Every postcard comes with a different phone number, and calling the phone numbers provides no results. There is no mailing address on the postcards. The only consistent information is that it is pre-sorted first class mail from *** permit #***. I sent them an email request, asking them to stop the mailings, and gave them both of our names and our address. They have not responded to my email. I realize that some of these companies ignore do not mail registrations, and because my husband and I are both on them, I would like to report this company. I am also going to send them a mail letter requesting the same thing at this *** address that I found online. I am hoping that the clout that the Complaintsboard.com has will help me resolve this issue. I have called this company repeatedly with no results. Thank you

Over the past several years, I have received MULTIPLE alleged "*** Benefit Update" notices from GoHealth *** at my physical address for parties who do not and have not resided at this address within the 11 years that I have lived here. Today, 6/27/2022, I received yet another post card notification to a party who does not live at my address.I have tried a variety of methods to get these notices to cease, including the following:1)Returning the notices marked, "NOT AT THIS ADDRESS, RETURN TO SENDER", and marking through the postal bar code with a thick, black Sharpie marker 2) Working with my local postal Station Manger who has been returning these notifications to the sender with a label indicating that no such party resides at the address of the notification 3) Phoning the available phone number indicated on the postal notification, explaining the situation, and requesting an OPT-OUT of my physical address Not one single action has been successful in being Opted Out of these nuisance mailings: in fact, the frequency of these mailings is escalating.My FIRM OPT-OUT REQUEST is very simple: I request that ALL contact from this company (and any of its subsidiaries and partners) cease immediately. NO ONE residing at my physical address qualifies for, or has interest in *** plans available with additional benefits that many fail to claim".Please CEASE AND DESIST SENDING ANY FUTURE NOTIFICATIONS TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS IMMEDIATELY:3568
