Blue Cross is supposed to put in a walk-in tub/bathtub
Blue Cross is supposed to put in a walk-in tub/bathtub. They currently tell me that all the paperwork has been burned up and they don't have it. The people that were gonna do it was Custom Home Bath & Refurbishing. The person they were using didn't have any contractors license or any license. This business wouldn't take out any permits for this job.

It's impossible to reach a real person when you need help, and their website is a nightmare to navigate. They can't even provide information about which doctors are in their network or how much a procedure will cost. I tried calling eight different numbers, but no one could give me any answers. The offices were closed, so there was no way to find out. On top of that, I had to switch pharmacies.

Enrollee ID Number *** I found out in June that I would be loosing the Alternative Premium Tax Credit for myself and family. Tried to cancel my policy over the phone through both Your Health Idaho and through a Blue Cross WEEKS ago - June or July. Both said I had to call back in a few weeks and they would put a note on my account. Tried both again today, after receiving a *** for $2452. Now they won't cancel my policy until AUGUST 31. Meaning, I would owe the $2452. I cannot pay that, and I tried to cancel already anyways. It takes hours to accomplish anything through Blue Cross of Idaho/ Your Health Idaho. I am filing this complaint about both. I do not have several more hours to waste on the phone receiving non-answers and bad instructions. I need this $2452 expunged, and my policy ended as of July 1.

I'm turning 65 soon and will get Medicare, so I'm thinking of switching to a supplement plan from BC Idaho. But after receiving this letter, I'm considering another company. I've never used them for medications, and I don't plan to. I was shocked when I received a letter from BC Idaho that basically said I should think about not taking my antidepressant and try something else or therapy instead. They even suggested that I show this letter to my doctor. They said, "This important info can help you get better results from your new medicine." It seems like they just want me to use their Rx plan. At first, I thought it was just more junk mail related to turning 65. But after reading it carefully, I'm angry that they had access to my medication information and would use it in such a sneaky way. To me, this is just as bad as all those scammers who target seniors.
