Blue Cross is supposed to put in a walk-in tub/bathtub. They currently tell me that all the paperwork has been burned up and they don't have it. The people that were gonna do it was Custom Home Bath & Refurbishing. The person they were using didn't have any contractors license or any license. This business wouldn't take out any permits for this job.

It's impossible to reach a real person when you need help, and their website is a nightmare to navigate. They can't even provide information about which doctors are in their network or how much a procedure will cost. I tried calling eight different numbers, but no one could give me any answers. The offices were closed, so there was no way to find out. On top of that, I had to switch pharmacies.

After getting a bill for $2452, I called again, only to be told cancellation is set for August 31, leaving me with the bill. I can't afford this and had tried to cancel before. Dealing with Blue Cross of Idaho/Your Health Idaho is time-consuming. I'm lodging a complaint against both entities. I can't spend more hours on calls that yield no solutions or guidance. I need the $2452 charge removed and my policy terminated as of July 1.

I've never used them for medications, and I don't plan to. I was shocked when I received a letter from BC Idaho that basically said I should think about not taking my antidepressant and try something else or therapy instead. They even suggested that I show this letter to my doctor. They said, "This important info can help you get better results from your new medicine." It seems like they just want me to use their Rx plan. At first, I thought it was just more junk mail related to turning 65. But after reading it carefully, I'm angry that they had access to my medication information and would use it in such a sneaky way. To me, this is just as bad as all those scammers who target seniors.
