I was pretty disappointed with this product. The directions on the lasagna said, "Leave plastic cover on. Cook at 375°F for 48 minutes." I followed the instructions exactly.
About 30 minutes in, I started smelling something that definitely wasn't "Italian herbs and cheese." I double-checked the oven settings to make sure I hadn't accidentally turned it into a pizza oven, but everything was set correctly at 375°F. When I opened the oven, the plastic film had melted and the top of the lasagna was burnt. Dinner was over before it even got started.
Needless to say, the lasagna went in the trash, and I had to make an unexpected trip to the store for a backup dinner. I was hoping for lasagna night, not an impromptu grocery run.
Claimed loss: one meal
Desired outcome: fix product. if someone didint notice they could have eaten the meal as it was.
