They don't pay artists
They have changed hands a number of times, so older reviews reflect an OK company to work with, and I have gotten paid years ago. But they changed hands a number of times and this latest version - they don't pay artists.
You can complain, they ignore you.
I have over a $100 they owe me, and its crickets.
I erased all my work there, that signal must have been the thing they noticed because they locked me out of my account for no reason at all. I have screen grabs of what they owe me because that happened to someone else.
So do not join them, use anyone else but them.
Claimed loss: At least $100, I supplied the art, they kept all the profit.
Desired outcome: I want to be paid!

Imagekind seems to have perfected the art of disappearing when it comes time to pay up. You’ve clearly done your homework, taking screen grabs and staying on top of what they owe you. It’s almost as if erasing your work finally got their attention, but not in the way anyone would hope. With over $100 hanging in the balance, it’s no wonder you’re done with them. Hopefully, others take your advice and steer clear. Here’s to finding a platform that actually values its artists and pays up without playing games.
