Stone creek Roofing was so easy to work with and did an amazing job. The team always responded to calls in a timely manner and was very professional. The job was completed much faster than expected. I would definitely refer them to anyone I know that is needing a repair or replacement on their roof.

I had a great experience start to finish. From my initial call to our consultation this company is on top of things. I worked with [name of representative] and he was awesome. When I had questions he was right there to answer. No ghosting or delays like other contractors. Make Stonecreek Roofing your 1st call you won't be sorry.

I would never recommend a company that doesn't respect their customers. If there is a No Soliciting sign right above the doorbell… don't ring the doorbell and try to sell us something. Companies that disrespect the consumer like this, should be a warning sign of what they will actually do to customers who actually hire them to do a job. Buyers beware.

When I called Stonecreek Roofing, I spoke with Sarah. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable and gave us excellent customer service. She kept us informed of everything going on with the process. We are extremely satisfied with her and the whole process of getting a new roof. StoneCreek handled our hail damage claim very nicely. I heard a lot of negative things from people on how cumbersome it would be to deal with roofing companies and insurance companies. Stone creek made everything really easy for us. They contract out the work for gutters and that did take a little more time, but they were even able to speed them up as well. Overall great job!

They did a roofing job for me and really did a lot of destruction to the overhang boards of the home. The nails tips came through and created a totally new problem before repainting the home. This was pointed out to them and they referred to very fine print in their contract covering them for this problem. They really need to do something to prevent this from happening - maybe a shorter nail.

This company is the best! Jerry, the sales rep was able to answer all of our questions and they finished replacing our tile roof in 2 days with no charges over the original quote. Sarah, the on-the-job supervisor responded immediately when I called and made sure everything went smoothly. This company was highly recommended by my insurance company and they are now highly recommended by us. Five stars!

It was a very positive experience. They responded to my initial request for an estimate on my roof quickly. The came out on time, they notified me of when the project would be started,They started on time and finished ahead of time. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. They cleaned up every day and I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire Stone Creek Roofing.

Had a leak coming in from where the ac vent attached to the roof. My roof was old so thought an entire replacement was necessary. Stonecreek was one of 5 contractors I called. Their estimate was in the middle BUT their product, customer service and warranty were far above the rest. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Im leak proof for 25 years! Make sure you call them for all your roofing needs.

Stonecreek did a full professional job of replacing our roof, making sure everything was done correctly. They removed the old underlayment and were able to correct many of the changes that were done previously by another roofing company that had really not done a very good job at all. We were very satisfied with their demeanor, accuracy, and completion of work, and we recommend them to anybody who wants to have a full professional job done correctly.

I hired Stonecreek Roofing to fix substantial damage on my roof from a hail storm last fall and they did a superb job. I was currently under contract selling my home and they made all the repairs very quickly to meet my closing date. Third party inspections approved their repairs without any issues and they did very high quality work. I will be considering them once again if my future home needs any roof related repairs or replacements. I highly recommend them.

First I will start with the professionalism of our account manager, [insert name]. She walked us through every step of the way. No questions were left unanswered, and was available to us anytime needed. The roof replacement was started on Friday at 5 am, was completed on Sunday morning. The temperature was a brutal 112 degrees Fahrenheit, but Stonecreek's crew was not phased by it! The original roof was removed and quickly cleaned up. The new roof was immediately put into place and the cleanup was meticulous. And this was a 3 person crew! Quite impressive. Do we recommend Stonecreek? Without a doubt!

My experience with Stonecreek Roofing was very convenient and easy to say the least. My first conversation was with Jane Doe at the front office, the companionate caring and professionalism she showed were exemplary. I own a construction company in WY. and would pay a premium for talent of her level to answer my office phone. Second contact John Smith, a time was set for him to come out and appraise damages, and he was right on time. He then got back to me very promptly with his appraisal. Third Sarah Johnson, the project manager, came out and checked on the crew, and was herself on the roof when I pulled in the yard. Very impressive. I had many questions throughout the whole process and the return call time 'if not answered initially' was incredible from all three. Hats off Great staff!
