I worked with Certified Roofing to replace my roof and gutters after severe damage from Hurricane Sally. It was a long process working through the insurance company to get full approval. I had initially got quotes from 2 companies, by the time I got approval from my insurance company the other company had left the area I was so glad that Certified roofing were with me all the way. They explained everything and helped me with the insurance process when needed. The installation process was smooth and fast, the crew were professional. They followed up after the installation to make sure I was happy, I received the final payment from my insurance this week, I have a new roof and gutters which have really enhances the appearance and insulation of my home. I recommend this company without reservation.

I've had multiple issues with CRS. starting from install back in Aug of 2019. Here it is Jun 2, 2020, I've been waiting all day for someone to come out and apply some Killzee to my garage ceiling as a result of another leak. Lets start on the install. They left one of there "dump trailers" in my driveway for 5 days blocking my garage. It rained on/off durning that time frame, resulting in numerous rust stains on my driveway. When I called them to complaine about that, there repley was that "we are not responsible for that, it states that in the contract" Well, it cost me to have my driveway cleaned. This is the 2nd leak I've had since there install, both times, they have been slow in getting it resolved. I did post a similar 1 star review back in Aug, and I'm still looking for it. Great results! We started searching for roofing companies under the ComplaintsBoard.com. We carefully considered 2 other companies after receiving quotes, and decided on Certified Roofing. Adam, their sales manager was very professional and explained everything from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about Florida codes and assisted us with the insurance claim. Quality in craftsmanship is evident from the expertise of the roofing crew. They stand by that work by offering a longer warranty than any other roofing company we found! We chose a white roof, which has definitely made a difference in cooling an area of our house that was always a problem. All of the staff in the office including Misty and Kim , were very professional and genuinely nice! We appreciate great service and quality, so we recommend Certified Roofing to everyone!

Certified Roofing Solutions Is the best roofing company in our book. They were so polite and courteous when we called they immediately addressed our issue. The first time the roofer came to our home, he and I agreed the shingles didn't quite match. The manager and I spoke by phone and she apologized right away and said they would do their best to find an identical match for our small roof repair. Some days went by and the roofer called to set up an appointment to come fix our roof. He came back and it was a near identical match. He quickly fixed our roof and cleaned up behind himself. Was super nice and even wanted to make sure we were happy with the repair before he left. I highly recommend this company and hopefully we won't need a roof repair or new roof for a while again but if we do, we will contact Certified Roofing Solutions right away!

I can't say enough good things about this company. If you are looking to get a new roof look no further these people are amazing. Their customer service communication skills blew me away. There were times they communicated with me about things I didn't understand or care to know about but I still appreciated the fact that they shared details. Jessica, Brian, Brandon, Michele and Brandie took care of everything for me. Addressed all of the small issues we had. My yard was completely cleaned up. Which I appreciate because we have small children in our yard a lot. Our roof is beautiful! Their pricing was fair. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage in anyway. We had a new roof put on in May, discovered Tuesday we had a leak. We called & someone (supervisor?)came out same day to confirm the guys missed something & promised he would have someone out Wednesday or Thursday. Wednesday at lunchtime got a call they had an emergency & someone would be out definitely on Thursday afternoon. We called at 2pm & were told because of rain the jobs got delayed but someone would definitely be out Friday afternoon. 3pm Friday we call & told guy is coming we're the 3rd job today. Less than 10 minutes later, we get a call they are behind because of weather & won't be here until next Thursday. I then talked with a supervisor who promised someone at my home by 8:30am today, 9:30 came - no call/no show. I called supervisor & then tech called saying he's an hour away. Yesterday & today supervisor said he was sitting with this tech yesterday when we talked & today tech says he wasn't there.

The job went perfectly and from Justin, in setting up the job and helping us with options, to the amazing crew who did the work, through the entire process we were very satisfied. The followup and details have also been fantastic. We chose Certified because of some work that they did after Hurricane Sally on my neighbor's roof and how professional and qualified they were. Mine also was damaged by Sally and, since I work as a Spanish court interpreter it was fun getting to know the "primos" from Honduras who did the work. They were so very respectful and worked so hard and diligently that I felt bad for them at times. But they enjoyed it and never complained once. I did open up my garage refrigerator to them for cold water, which eventually they accepted. Thank you for such professional results! I would highly recommend Certified Roofing Solutions! From *** & *** who took my initial call, to Justin Key the Sales Rep who came to my home, to ***'s team of *** & *** who actually did the roofing job - I was impressed from start to finish! From my initial call to job completion was 2 weeks! yes, 2 weeks unheard of in these times! Not only that, everyone was professional, polite & did what they said they were going to do. I felt that their price was very reasonable and they were able to match my shingles exceptionally well. They cared about getting my roof repaired correctly and they cleaned up as they went along. The crew got along & worked well together, there was no loud music or offensive language and they didn't seem to mind my oversight and they treated me respectfully. They exceeded my expectations! I would have no hesitation in using Certified Roofing Solutions again and/or recommending them! Glad to have a roofing company I can count on!

Don N. June 28 The challenges we all went through in 2020 and early 2021 were horrible. Hurricane Sally making landfall in Pensacola, Florida on top of Covid 19 was terrible. With all that bad stuff I was fortunate to find a professional roofing company that help made it all better. Certified Roofing Solutions LLC is awesome. There is no other word to describe them. They were professional, world class in all aspect of the job. Starting with the initial assessment, all the way to the final clean up was great. Not only did they do an outstanding job on the actual repairs but the communication and the cooperation with the working team members was excellent. The repair team went out of their way to not only repair the roof but to repair it the correct way. In addition to the actual work the home office provided up to date follow up and clear advice to assist in the insurance nightmare. I give 5 stars the highest rating available. Thank you to the whole team. Outstanding!

Needed a new roof on my 20 year old home in Ocala FL. I researched several companies and decided to go with Certified Roofing Solutions. Justin the salesperson was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was going to happen. The crew showed up on time and did a great job removing the old shingles and inspecting the roof and Sola Tubes. The crew cleaned up each day and they were very professional. A couple of days after the roof was completed another employee from the company came by to see if I was happy, checked the roof to assure it was done correctly and even walked around the home checking for any trash the crew might have missed. This is a great company to deal with, they may not be the lowest bidder for a job, but paying a little extra for quality work is always worth it in my book. This company also gives a 10 year workmanship warranty that is a good sign they really stand behind their work. Most other companies I had quote the job only gave 6 years or less.

Ok, where to start...FANTASTIC TEAM, could not be happier with our whole experience. Justin, our sales rep came out and was Very informative about the whole process as well as being very patient with all my questions. In the time between and during construction, I had a few questions which Justin took the time to answer within minutes of a call or text. The next person, Kelli, she was our site foreman, AWESOME lady, just as up front and helpful as Justin; same scenario, anytime I had questions or concerns, Kelli took time to respond and answer very quickly. I never went a day where I didn't know what was going on with the process of installing my new roof, icing on the cake was a crew who busted their butts to install the roof in what seemed like minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this company as a group who can and will make sure your experience with a new roof, very much worth your time and money. Excellent Service! From the first estimate, to getting the job done. Along with the customer service through the office. Not one complaint. We had struggled getting a proper roof on our back room. Since it had started leaking about 2.5 years ago. And once I called Certified Roofing Solutions, I felt at complete peace, that the job would be done completely, correctly and quickly. Which it was. They came out and gave us an estimate, shortly after we called, before the holidays. And there was some rainy weather, too. But, as soon as it was beautiful, they were out here giving us a new roof! Before I got back from taking my daughter to school, they were here working. And they were done, cleaned up, and gone, before I got back from picking her up! They even went the extra mile, and blew out all of the leaves from our carport, which was nice, cause now I don't have to do it! Certified Roofing Solutions were a great company to work with! We had a major roof leak and a few minor ones which they assessed and gave us a quote for repairs but since our roof was old and damaged in some places we weren't initially aware of, we also requested a quote for a complete replacement and ultimately decided to go with that. The whole team was a pleasure to work with! The ladies at the office regularly called or emailed to make sure I was up to date on the project timeline and answered any questions or concerns I had. They thoroughly inspected the roof, gave us quotes to fix or replace it and once we decided to replace, they went over everything from materials that would be used, to payment and financing options that would best suit us. The crew that executed the replacement of our 2700 sqft roof worked continuously for 12 hours a day for 2 days straight until it was completed. They covered the ground with tarps around where they worked and cleaned up thoroughly when they left each day. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. They made a somewhat stressful situation a lot more bearable. So thank you!

I worked at a National package delivery service when I left the AF, and the company spent a fortune on a survey about customer service. The results (any housewife could have told them this and saved the company tens of thousands of dollars on their study!) that ONE unhappy customer will tell ten people on average. ONE happy customer will tell 0-2 people. I'm happy to leave a POSITIVE review on "CERTIFIED ROOFING" and Project Manager - Skyler Austin and the Roofing Crew of Omar Avila *** I am so pleased that Skyler Austin, with "Certified Roofing," was assigned as our Project Manager. He followed through on everything. Skyler came to the job site on multiple occasions to check on the progress, verifying that his customer was satisfied and all was going as planned. He made himself available by phone if there were any questions or concerns, but thankfully the planning beforehand and with the crew assigned, everything was executed like a well-oiled machine. It was amazing. My new roof is BEAUTIFUL! *** Omar Avila and his crew, with "Certified Roofing," were wonderful, to say the least. They worked tirelessly and with a fluidity of teamwork. Each gentleman was pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend this ENTIRE CREW and it would be a pleasure to have them come back if needed.

Excellent and thorough work done in a timely fashion and with safety in mind for their employees as well. We just had the metal roof on our new home in Pensacola (right on the water, hence the metal roof, in Bayou Chico) reinforced with new, longer, and up-to-current-code screws. The original roof was about 23 years old and overdue for new screws. The challenge with our house was it's height -- it's a three story home with a very steep, high roof over the main house. CRS did the garage and lower parts without a lift, but determined the main roof was too steep for their technician to attempt without a boom lift. We went forward with the lift added for not too much more in cost with that rental, and the job was completed safely and efficiently. Our roof guy, Brian, was like a mountain goat up there, but reinforced with the safety of the lift and harness so everyone was good with that. We were slightly delayed due to summer thunderstorms/showers but that is out of everyone's hands. Brian was up and down as showers came and went, and it took just one additional day to complete with the vagaries of weather. From getting out to inspect and give us an estimate, to the office staff and the technician, the work was Five Star quality. Our thanks to Adam, in sales, Kim in the office, (and other office assistance), and Brian on the roof! A job well done! We'd definitely recommend Certified Roofing Solutions for your roofing needs.

Subsequent to having recently acquired my Townhouse at Inlet Beach, Florida, I was confronted by the daunting task of selecting a Roofing Contractor to replace its Sealed Seam Metal Roof. After conferring with a number of Roofing Contractors, I became profoundly impressed by the Representatives of Certified Roofing Solutions, LLC. Both its Owner, Titus Lea, and its Sales Representative, Adam Black, personally met with me on several occasions, and patiently answered each and every question concerning the warranty, coating, and qualities of the materials selected, and further explained, in detail, the installation thereof. They personally kept me informed throughout the process of removing, and replacing the Roof. Additionally, and beyond any expectations, they placed me in direct contact with the Supplier of the materials, Gulf Coast Supply & Manufacturing, LLC, and further personally participated in discussions to ensure that all of my questions were satisfactorily answered concerning the qualities of the materials and their warranty.
