Stickr review: Overall... Grade of F as in ZERO... No working phone number, no email response, FAQ on website is dead and non working

Signed up in December for their unlimited option totaling around $50, or so I thought. This was supposed to give you unlimited replacements of you vehicle sticker if damaged, access to earn more by participating in more than one campaign, and I believe a partial refund once you signed up and they confirmed some things (last part I cannot fully remember so it might be I missed the reason for the partial refund, but it was part of the deal).

So I get a welcome email upon sign up and when I had an immediate problem, I couldn't call anyone nor could I find a working number. I emailed the person who was supposed to be my contact and never heard from them since December and to this day, ever. Strike 1, 2, and 3 all upon sign up day.

So I gave the benefit of the doubt, then eventually received my campaign sticker with instructions on placing it on your vehicle and how to submit your required photos proving the sticker had been installed. According to the website, you can only submit your monthly participation images on the 1st day of the month with the 2nd day of the month as the closure of photo submission for eligibility to get paid. Submitted my photos, only to stumble upon a "NEWLY REQUIRED PROCESS" on how to submit, in similar fashion as if you would be selling an item on marketplace where you place your name on a sheet of paper with a date, etc. Only their process requires you to login to get the new word of the month in order to officially verify your participation..More obstacles,still ZERO HELP.

I have tried their website so many times thinking it might have been a temporary issue that caused their site to be down, nope, just completely missing FAQs and Help links, not to mention, non working phone number to reach someone for currently enrolled rolling money makers.

I just happen to log into my bank account one day early in February and noticed a charge from Stickr for something, and that something I have no idea because there's no information on their website as to why and/or that they'd be skimming money from me beyond what I spent initially when I signed up. Haven't been paid yet. Checked my account again and what do you know, another Stickr charge that was never authorized just today. So today I'm logging my official complaint and contacting my bank to put a stop to their shenanigans, only after info and tear that money maker off of my vehicle and toss it straight into the burn pit.

Save your money folks, this one is too good to be true, so don't learn the hard way, go drive Uber or Lyft, at least there you legitimately get paid.
