Stepwheel Outsourcing review: Fraud company

I posted my feedback 4 years ago when they cheated me but it seems they deleted my Google review. So sharing it here again. Below was my Google review posted 4 years ago. This company should immediately be sealed otherwise they will continue cheating people.

I have faced very very bad experience from this consultancy recently.They are truly cheaters.Initially I was asked for "Technical Evaluation Report" for which they asked me to pay 2360rs including tax.Shunila told me that if Eval Report will be positive then only they will proceed for the Canada PR otherwise they will refund the amount.That's why I paid.But it was their strategy that they put high band score in Evaluation Report to make it positive so that they ask us for future procedure for which they take whole fees which is not refundable.When I got my Eval Report, I asked Shunila again and again that you mentioned in my report, 7 band score in each module of IELTS but I am not able to get that much score.My capacity is overall 6.5 bands so is it possible to get Canada PR with 6.5 bands?Shunila told me that yes it is possible and you will definitely get your PR.I again asked that you mentioned 7 bands in Eval Report so what does that mean?She replied me that they just put 7bands randomly so just ignore it.I asked her again and again what is guarantee that I will surely get PR if I will get less band than 7 in IELTS?She told me that don't worry,we will give you another chance and schedule your interview again with Canadian company without any extra charge.She gave me this much surety.That's why I got ready to pay fees.After paying first installment of 59000rs.I got to know that regarding fees also she told me lie.She told me that I will need to pay only half amount (59000rs) first and after some procedure, I will need to pay rest of fees(again 59000rs.)But after paying first installment immediately she told me that now pay for the second installment then only we will start the process.If you won't pay then you will lose your 59000rs.So I asked her that you should have inform me initially about this rule.She had no answer of my question because she told me lie.So she gave me excuses.And I had no option because I already paid 1st installment and if I wouldn't pay 2nd installment then I will lose my 59000rs so I completed the whole fees.Apart from it Shunila told me lie in many cases.She told me that once I will pay the fees,I will be able to see offer letter from the Canadian company for which I was selected after interview.She also told me that my case manager will give me login id and password so that I can track the process.But nothing happened.I must say Shunia is a great LIER.It is stepwheel's marketing strategy to cheat innocent people.After I paid whole fees, they started process and transferred my case to Sadhna Gautam.They asked me to give IELTS exam in which they demanded 7 bands each module.I again told Sadhna that I already made clarification about my band scores with shunila that 7 bands is not possible for me as I already given IELTS exam twise and I got overall 6.5 bands both the time.But she strictly told me that you will need to achieve 7 bands anyhow then only you will get PR.I gave exam and as usual this time also I got overall 6.5 bands.Sadhna emailed me that your process is STOPPED due to the insufficient bands.If you want to give again ielts exam or want to change the country option from canada to hongkong then you will need to pay 3000rs+tax.I replied her via email and also texted her that I want to talk with you regarding this matter.But she didn't reply.Then I called her but she did not receive.That's why I am writing review here so that people can be aware and they don't lose money like me.My purpose of writing review is to let people know stepwheel staff's fake process and cheating.So pls check your Eval report first if you do it with stepwheel and make sure that in Eval Report they write lowest band score which is achievable as per your capacity.Otherwise they will blame you that as per Eval Report you must need to achieve mentioned bands in IELTS.This is their trick to cheat people.I hv never seen any agent who ask to pay whole fees in advance.But stepwheel is taking whole fees in advance and then no guarantee that you'ill get yr PR.I hv lost 1,20,360rs in total.
