The store in Centerville, Ohio on St. Rt. 48 has a horrible manager. I visit the store almost daily and went through the drive-thru Sunday afternoon.
The barista came on twice then cut me off mid-sentence then there was silence. I had to repeat my order twice, then didn't hear anything, then after 4-5 minutes of this, I sighed. She finally came back and proceeded to lecture me that there were only 3 people on that day and she heard me sigh. **ARE YOU SERIOUS?* I am in my 50s. I don't need a lecture from some young girl after you wasted my time already. Grow some skin and don't condescend to your customers. It's not our problem if you have only 3 people working. How insulting! I became very angry and told her to stop lecturing me. She told me to never come back to "her" store.
Wow.

Recommendation: Stay away from St

Sounds to me like you need to grow some skin if you felt insulted. You can dish it out and not take it. Since your parents did not teach you manners, you did need to be lectured, even if it was from someone under 18.
