pershing square law firm, pc is not good. they gave bad legal advice and didn't answer the phone when i called. they charged me too much money.

I had a problem with EDD over-payments since 1998, and I just found out about it a year ago. I filed an appeal, but EDD said they already gave me an appeal back in 2004, which I didn't know about. When I talked to PSL Firm, *** told me it would cost $*** in total fees, and I would get a FULL refund if EDD didn't allow them to re-open the case or an appeal. That's exactly what happened with EDD, but PSL Firm only refunded me $***. I spoke with Atty ***, and he confirmed that I would get a FULL refund. However, the office manager/Atty *** emailed me saying that Atty *** had no right to tell me how much refund I would get. It's all a game with this firm, and this is why attorneys get a bad name. Now, *** won't even respond to my emails.
