Spring Financial review: Scammer company

An agent from Spring Financial reached out to me a year ago to tell me that they wanted to help me get a loan and improve my credit score. He told me about the foundation program that I could join and after the end of the one-year term I would be getting my money back and also be guaranteed an additional loan amount.
I said no to this offer multiple times, but the guy didn't hang up the phone and told me that the money I would save in this program would be returned to me at the end of the term - 12 months plus i would get additional money.
Now that 12 months have passed and I called them for a refund and a loan, the company is saying that my program ended couple of months ago and I don't qualify for any refund. they also told me that i was enrolled in another program which is a part of the initial package, for which they are taking 10$ out from my bank now but i dont get any refund.
So long story short - they are a scammer company picking on people who don't have good credit to give hope of help in saving some money, improving credits and saying guaranteed loan.
I will fight for my money and also, if you have been scammed by Spring Financial, please speak up because this kind of scammers shouldn't be allowed to do business in Canada. As Canadians we are too kind and forgiving, these types of businesses ruining the financial sector.
