New Direction Trust exemplifies complete TRUST in servicing my precious metals account. I have been a customer for several years and I will continue to invest my savings funds with New Direction. The return on my investments has far surpassed all of my bank savings accounts. Customer Service representatives, such as Marsha M., have prepared and forwarded my account invoices and tax statements immediately upon request I do not exaggerate in expressing my complete trust and satisfaction in New Direction Trust Company. I have also recommended NDTCO to my neighbor. No other company can compare.

I have been an account holder with NDTC for about 10 years and their service has always been excellent. I recently sold a property that was in the account with Ursula *** handling the sale from the New Direction side. She did a great job! And I do have something to compare it with-several years ago I sold another property and it was a very complicated process with little help from the person handling that sale. I should add that it seems ND has streamlined the process since that last sale but Ursula was still outstanding! I would wholeheartedly recommend NDTC to anyone needing their services.

Yesterday I contacted Sherri H at New Direction Trust Company for assistance with my annual RMD because I could not print the application form. She immediately e-mailed me a form which I completed also yesterday and then this morning faxed back to her company. I already received a response that they have received my application and will review it as soon as they can! Thank you, Sherri, and thanks to members of your team for all the help. I recently had a gold sell followed by a distribution of cash in my account. This process took longer than normal due to Covid issues and a mixup with my paperwork with a staff member. I had a great experience with working with Leslie - Anna *** on taking care of my distribution. She had me use her direct line to work through any issues I had from the previous staff person. It was so much easier than going through all the prompts on the phone to get to speak to a person. She took charge of my situation since the person before dropped the ball on me. Everything worked out for me thanks to Leslie's intervention.

I recently sold a property, which was under the custodian of New Direction Trust Company. Ms. was the authorized signer and helped the whole transaction process. She is very professional. She helped the real estate attorney understand the process of transaction involving an *** account. She provided clear advice and gave us the documents or forms needed (e.g., my original application for this *** account), making the transaction very smooth. When I had questions with other transactions, she also offered prompt help, very clearly and very patiently. *** is one of the best advisors I ever had.

I was unable to log into my account. (It had been two years since I had logged in.) I emailed the company asking for help. *** called me the next day. He tried every which way to solve my sign-in problem to no avail. He contacted his supervisor in an attempt to resolve a most confusing issue. He called me back the next day and with his assistance, I was finally able to log into my account. *** never once sounded impatient with me or frustrated with the situation. He remained kind, patient, and professional with me. I am very impressed with him. I appreciate his tenacity. Thank you so much.

I have been a customer of *** for 2 years now and help coordinate several other account holders who work with them as well. Their customer service is very responsive and knowledgeable. Handling complex private transactions that require many documents be gathered and executed on their side is not a simple task and they handle it very well. They also are very responsive when it comes to funding deadlines helping customers avoid any extra fees by reminding them what may remain outstanding and helping upload docs into their client portals. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a firm to handle complicated investments.

Fast and easy customer service! I have been a client for NDTCO for at least the past year. I always come up with some questions about investing and need the input from the professionals at NDTCO. Sherri has recently been the "lucky" individual that gets to deal with me over my questioning and inquiring about my account and investment opportunities. She was top notch, and I didn't sit on the "hold" line for more than 2-3 minutes, normally in about a minute Sherri or someone else answers and they speak ENGLISH ! Great job all you customer service reps/associates at NDTCO ! Ya'll deserve a raise ! keep up the great work and I'll be calling soon, I promise !LOL

I have an acct with NDTCO and wanted to get some information regarding investing in real estate in my IRA. I called and Sherri H took the call. She was extremely helpful, discussing some of the more common ways customers set up their real estate investments. She sent me pdf's via email (received before the call was over) that provided more details on what I was anticipating needing information on. There was one question she needed to follow up on and I got a response back within a half hour with the detailed answer. She was very efficient and helpful and I will be sure to contact her in the future if I have further questions after reading the pdf's.

provides awesome customer service. I've opted to call to speak to a representative rather than using the portal many times over the years because I prefer a human interaction. "Every time" I've spoken to a *** representative I've gotten superb service. The representatives are respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, patient, and speak perfect English so you can understand them perfectly. My most recent interaction was with *** who was was able to answer my questions and was pleasure to work with. *** made me feel like a valued customer which I really do appreciate. I've been a customer of *** for over 3 years and have purchased multiple investments in my *** since taking control of it. My recent experience with *** in the sale of two properties was professionalism at it's finest. *** was the driver in getting my investments taken care of between the buying investor, the title company and myself. She was so good, the title company took their time to mention that they usually cringe when they are dealing with an investment inside of a RIRA; however, they have never before had someone as good as *** when it came to the purchase or sale of a property within a ***. Everything was timely and on point. I have to agree and I'm thankful she was assigned to my case.

I have been a client of New Direction for six years. They manage a real estate investment in my IRA. They have always been extremely professional and helpful. The reason for this review is to compliment them on going above and beyond. I needed to withdraw cash from my account while I was 2,000 miles from home and without access to certain forms of information required to securely complete the withdrawal. Sherri ***, one of their customer service associates, walked me through what was a fairly complicated process given the circumstances, from beginning to end then checked to be sure that all was well. This would not have been possible without her help and determination to solve my problem. New Direction obviously values its clients and Sherri Hardester is a star on their team.

I just created my online account yesterday. Shortly thereafter, I received a computer generated email telling me what I needed to do next and to complete some an attached form. In filling out the form, I had a few questions. The person who helped the day earlier was not available so I just called the main number and was able to connect with Sherri. She was very helpful and took her time to explain everything. I was unsure as to whether this should be a transfer or a rollover because of a rather unique situation. She explained everything in detail and also suggested that I send a cover letter with my completed form. She was such a breath of fresh air as these days most "customer service" people are anything but knowledgeable and just want to get you off the line. You're awesome Sheri!

After extensive research and speaking with several custodial companies regarding the opening of a self directed precious metals IRA, I decide to open my account with New Direction Trust Co. Upon recommendation from my Financial Advisor, David S., at *** I phoned NDTC . Allison H. is my rep at NDTC and I must state that she has been extremely helpful in opening my new IRA. She has clearly answered any questions that I may have asked and boy did I have a lot. I have found Allison to be very knowledgeable in her field. Good follow up too. Having no prior knowledge regarding a self directed precious metals IRA or purchase of the precious metals to fund the account can make it for a real scary move! After month of research, I found the perfect combination of custodian and precious metal broker in which I am able to strongly recommend. Allison H. and David S. are true stellar professionals.
