Viking Saddlebags - Customer service
They sent me bags that didn't fit my bike. It cost me $70 for shipping because they don't pay for return shipping. Red flag. After numerous emails with a "tech" he still couldn't grasp why I couldn't put the mounting bolt through the curvature of the cut out, which is the only way it would fit.
