They sent me bags that didn't fit my bike. It cost me $70 for shipping because they don't pay for return shipping. Red flag. After numerous emails with a "tech" he still couldn't grasp why I couldn't put the mounting bolt through the curvature of the cut out, which is the only way it would fit. Then, they charged me $100 because I took the inspections stickers off and the bags weren't in "perfect shape." Customer service is worthless, the phone has been busy for four days.
Desired outcome: I'd like my $70 shipping refunded as the bags they sent didn't fit and their website said they would. I'd also like my $100 refunded because I took stickers off.
