Sport Clips review: No appointments allowed by phone.

I am an 80 year old disabled veteran. I have tried to do business with the Wayzata, MN location and been told that I can not make an appointment over the phone and that they take no appointments. This is frustrating as I am not a high tech person who can navigate well. As a Life Member of the VFW, I am going to relate to my Post how Sports Clips treats veterans. The lady I spoke with told me I was just plain out of luck, so I scheduled at another barber shop that is not Sports Clips.
