Sport Clips

My husband and I went into Sports Clips on Sat Nov 13th to get our hair cut. We both were seated and was asked what service we wanted. We both had just washed our hair so told them just a haircut, my husband was pleased with his haircut but I told my hairdresser (Kim) that I just needed it trimmed and I ask for her to blow dry it to make it straight. She then informed me that was mainly a shop for men and didn't have the tools to make it straight, not even a round brush but she said she would do her best. Needless to say my hair looked awful and I told her that I wasn't pleased. But I still paid $44,00 for my husband and I haircut. We will not be back, Sign on door should have shown that this was for men. Needless to say I feel like I just burned $22.00 for my haircut and it wasn't even mentioned they offer senior citizen discount, which we both well qualify for it.
