Sport Clips review: Haircut

My son was taken to the Richmond/Fulshear Tx location for a haircut. The haircut is crooked. The sides are not even. I took my son back there, they would not fix it without me paying for another haircut. You didn't do it correct the first time I paid you, I should not have to pay again. I told her a normal boys haircut, she didn't even know what that was. That was the first problem, a short haircut. The people that they hire do not know how to cut hair or listen and cut hair properly. This is the 2nd location in the Katy area that I have had trouble with. Now I have to take my son somewhere else for a hair cut. The prices are ridiculous! Poor service, poor customer service!
