لو كنت مسئولا في البريد السعودي لغيرت كل القائمين على التطبيق واستبدلتهم باشخاص تقنيين أكفاء ومؤهلين لان هؤلاء المستهترين الذين يشرفون على التطبيق يسيئون لسمعة البريد السعودي ويتسببون في هروب الكثير من عملاءه ، لماذا لا تستفيدون من خدمات وزارة الداخلية الالكترونية الرائعة بدلا من تضييع الوقت والمال على تطبيق فاشل ؟
غيروا التطبيق واعملوا تطبيقا حديثا مبسطا واستبدلوا الشركة التي صممت هذا التطبيق الفاشل بشركة اخرى اكثر جدية وإخلاصا في عملها والا ستخسرون المزيد من عملاءكم
Desired outcome: الغاء هذا التطبيق الفاشل ( سبل اونلاين ) واستبداله بتطبيق جديد من شركة تقنية اخرى غير التي تتولى ادارة التطبيق الفاشل الحالي
Appalling service
My personal experience with SPL is appalling. Although they have tried to put a system in place it doesn’t seem to be Working. The wattsapp service is appalling the only thing you can do Track your package. The customer can put a complaint in and then a ticket is issued however there is no way of following f this ticket online. The customer has to have a Saudi telephone number so for example if a customer is on holiday and decides to post a package to the uk for themselves to receive in the uk why would a Saudi number be given. How would the package be claimed from the uk. I don’t think the customer is going to back to Saudi to claim their lost baggage .
Recommendation: I would not use this company again. I thought as this is from the airport and is official my package would reach me .not the case here.

Needs improvement
There are several issues that need to be corrected/added:
• Working hours of branches/offices.
• Full address of the user in the profile.
• The ability to send more than one customer service ticket.
• Clarifying the process of recharging the balance (minimum, maximum, billing, refunds, etc.).
Useless app
Is there anybody that even looking at the rating to try to fix the issues?!
There is no way to login to SPL as it gives an error every single time. Updating the look and giving a new name isn’t required if the services just getting worse. The old app was working fine and it got ruined with this useless update.
Poor poor app
Nothing really works in the app. I have tried to change a destination of my shipment, but I kept getting the following “sorry, please try later”. I tried filling a complaint, but When I click on submit, I get the following “something wrong happened.”
I have tried calling the customer service, and the funny thing, they kept telling me that they don’t have authorization to change the destination of shipment, and that it needs to be done via the app.
