Don't fall into their trap. Legal Force makes it seem appealing and easy for you, but once they file the trademark and take your money, you'll receive a refusal from the USPTO government. Then your money is gone. They don't inform you about this part, so please be aware. You can't fix this, so just avoid using them. If you want to participate in a class action lawsuit, email me as I'll be filing one soon. Legal Force was the attorneys for this fraudulent company. Thank you.

I had an ordered for Trademark Office Action from Trademarkia Company and did not received any service from the company on May 30, 2022 and have not received my refund back for $369.90, I calls them, i emails them the whole year last year and this this year 2023. Trademakia says they received my money through my credit card I no longer have can't get my refund back..

I want to talk about my experience with Trademarkia. I was really disappointed with their service. I tried to get a refund for a trademark application that I submitted, but they were not helpful at all. It took forever for them to respond to my emails and when they finally did, they just gave me the runaround. They kept saying that they couldn't process my refund because of some technical issues, but I think they were just making excuses. It's really frustrating because I paid a lot of money for their service and I expected better customer support. I would not recommend using Trademarkia if you're looking for a reliable and responsive company.

I used Trademarkia to do my trademark search and it was pretty good. The website was easy to use and I found it helpful in finding information about trademarks. I liked that it had a lot of options for searching and it gave me a lot of results. The only thing I didn't like was that it didn't give me a lot of details about each trademark. It would have been nice to see more information about the trademarks and maybe some examples of how they are used. Overall, I think Trademarkia is a useful tool for doing trademark searches, but it could use some improvements in providing more detailed information.

First off, the layout is all over the place. It's hard to find what you're looking for. And when you finally do find it, the instructions are so confusing. I mean, come on, can't they make it more straightforward?

But that's not even the worst part. When I tried to request my epp code, the whole process was a nightmare. The form kept glitching and freezing. I had to refresh the page multiple times, and even then, it still didn't work properly. It's like they haven't heard of quality control or something.

And don't even get me started on their customer support. I tried reaching out to them for help, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They took forever to respond, and when they finally did, their answers were so vague and unhelpful. It's like they didn't even read my message properly.

Overall, my experience with Trademarkia has been a huge disappointment. I just wanted a simple task done, and they made it so complicated. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a better service. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I was suppose to get a website. They took my 99.00 and I got nothing.

I paid for 2 trademarks but didn't get no confirmation or nothin' 'bout 'em trademarks. I need confirmation if they done filed 'em or not. Is this place a scam or what?

I want my info taken off your site and records forever. Also, don't share my personal deets with anyone else or use it in any way without my say-so.

I want my *** listing, not official, to be taken off your site 'cause it's got my personal info. The site, ***, has my personal deets and the serial number of my trademark application (XXXXXXXX). I didn't say it was okay to put my info on this site, and the trademark didn't even get approved.

I went on their website to pay for a package that is offered on their website to respond to office actions on a trademark that I filed on completely on my own. After reaching out to speak with someone about my purchase on the 5th day I finally got a response. That I was way undercharged and could only be helped if I sent another $500 to complete my office action which only needed a class removed and resubmitted to complete the application and response. Then when I asked for a refund I was told that I couldn't receive a full refund due to legal advice I was given when all I was told was the so called "Lawyer" trying to talk me into allowing him to keep my initial payment of $279 to extend my application for 6 more months until I could pay the rest of the money. The site is a complete rip off and scam or else why would they have packages in place on their website for a set price only to tell you that they don't know why the site has them set at that price I just want my money back from them and not $209 for the nonexistent legal advice that was never given I want the entire refund and if that's not what they charge for their services they should reflect that on their site instead of taking from unsuspecting customers that are paying for what a site supposedly charges for their services.

I want my info taken off Trademarkia's website now. I emailed them at *** on Jan 25th, but they still got my info up on their site. They even got my trademark's serial number listed. I never said they could put my personal info out there. I want it gone for good, and I don't want them sharing it with anyone else or doing anything with it. Their privacy policy says they'll try to handle these requests in 48 hours. Here's what it says: 2. You can ask Trademarkia to remove or hide your personal info or trademark data. You gotta write to them and prove you own it though. If you're the real deal, you can ask them to (A) hide your info or (B) delete your trademark pages from Trademarkia.com. Just email *** and they'll try to get it done in 48 hours.
