Here for week, from paying fee early. Have not done a review since 2012, but did it this time. Small breakfast was offered, agreed to stay 60 min for dinner tickets, waste, 4 $20 discount with numerous rules.

Things were informative until it switched from review to sales, at age 78, had time share for 30 yrs, was not interested in spending 9000 more, and after telling salesman he abruptly ended conversation said take your trash, breakfast and leave, unprofessional and indicative of poor hi salesman.

Recommendation: Don't use spinnaker.

Management needs help.

I have owned there almost 30 years. Upgraded, added weeks. In ALL THOSE YEARS we were NEVER treated like that and we have always gone to the update sales pitch for the GIFT/CHECK etc. And ONCE we had a bad experience with some bs and we verified after we closed and RESCINDED immediately and got their attention immediately. ONCE. We otherwise have had decent sales people just doing their jobs. And we have walked away MANY times received our check no questions asked and no problems. EVER. But we also bought more or upgraded several times. DEEDED. FOR KIDS. AND GRANDS.

LOWEST DUES IN INDUSTRY. I CHECKED. ALL OF THEM.

IVE SEEN 10kANNUAL DUES FOR A WEEK IN HAWAII. HELLO? BE GRATEFUL.
