This company is horrible. They have left my packages outside on my gate where I live. I live in apartments so packages get stolen all the time. I had ask shien as well for a reliable phone number and email and nothing ever gets back. It’s frustrating because then shien doesn’t want to return your refund because package was delivered ? Excuse me where? There are so many complaints on this place. Please shut it down.

I'm an avid Temu consumer but once they started using Speedex things went down hill. I live In a 17 floor complex. My packages on more than one occasion was left downstairs in an area where anyone has access as my pictures show. No delivery service from USPS, FEDEX, UPS not even LASERSHIP delivers at 5AM. Everything is on the shipping label including an Apt number & who makes deliveries at 5am. I know I live in the city that ever sleeps but this does not apply

I got a message from SpeedX Courier on Monday 5/22/2023 at 9:14am that my parcel from was delivered on Sunday May 21,2022, at 11:15am (EST). I went to check for it but was not seen.

I checked SpeedX website and saw a picture of a parcel on the front mart of a door with a man's shadow, indicating that it was "delivered" on the tracking information. I also found that SpeedX Courier does not deliver parcels on Sundays. Why was this parcel delivered on Sunday, @11:15am only to send message/notice almost 24 hours on Monday @9:14am?

It says my package was delivered but I never received it.. It says it was delivered on 5/15/23 but I was home all day and never heard anyone ring the doorbell or knock at my door … I went downstairs to the mail room when I saw it said delivered but nothing was there … idk if someone stole it or if they just delivered to the wrong address but i’m highly upset

I live in bronx ny and my packages from shein is being delivered in the street like garbage..in wrong doorways. Delivered on saturdays to a closed business. People are bringing me my packages from off the street like they are being left for garbage. I am lucky if I receive my packages... this is the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. I have tried to contact shein as well but it is a automated customer service. This company should be put under some type of investigation because they don't even have any working number where we can speak to an actual human. It's disgustingly horrible. I will NOT be ordering from shein anymore until they stop dealing with these people. Cheaper is not always better.

A package was delivered to my home on 5/14/23. I have video footage of the delivery person not coming to my door and not ringing the doorbell. Instead she threw the package first onto my porch stairs and then to the porch. If she would have rang the doorbell she would have seen specific instruction on my doorbell saying not to leave packages on my porch. She even had the nerve to take pictures of her poor work. I also have video footage of the same package being stolen all because of the poor delivery work of this company. The company has not returned any of my texts or emails. From now on I will not order from any company using this company for deliveries.

My package said it was delivered today and they showed me a picture and everything of my door yet there was no knock at the door. I was present at the house as well yet why is it no body knocked the door? i checked the surveillance footage and its safe to assume my package was stolen because none of my neighbors have it or picked it up to keep it safe. Again why is it that the delivery man did not knock my door? I had no way of knowing my package arrived.

I placed an order with a company that uses this company for delivery. The estimated delivery was may 4-6. On may 6, 2023 I received a confirmation that the package was out for delivery. While looking at the tracking I realized that the package was in kew gardens ny and has been there since may 4th. I started receiving messages that the delivery address was unsafe for the package to be delivered therefore the package was being returned. The strange thing is, I don't live in ny nor does the package have a delivery address on it for ny. I'm unclear about this companies logistics department but it leaves much to be desired. The customer service number is a recording saying that someone will call you back which they never do. As of today may 11, 2023 it was out for delivery again to somewhere in ny so I guess its safe to say that I will never receive my package.

I never received my order even though speedex reported it as "delivered" on 5/4 at 4:00am. They sent me a picture of someone else's house as proof of delivery, but no package in sight in the photo either. Also, I live in an apartment building, so I'm not sure how they plan to get away with pretending they delivered my package to me when the picture is undoubtably a private home with a porch light and residential exterior door. Can't reach a human on the phone, and had to leave a message. They said they would reply via text but I heard nothing back. Seems like a total scam to me.

Speedx made an incorrect delivery of someone else's package 5/4/23. The contact number for shipping call and text options provided did not respond to multiple calls or texts. The app notification says the package was delivered without pictures. I have pictures of the incorrect package delivered as I was home during delivery and personally took it to the correct owner miles away. Reading from other experiences this company seems like a scam with no real way to contact customer service or resolve shipping issues.

I placed an order that was supposedly delivered on 5/2. I have the photo delivery confirmation and its the wrong house. the tracking number SPXHCL046400539569. I tried to email support and they just said it was delivered and i should contact the courier Speedx. Well when you call or text you cannot get a real person and text didn't respond. I'm so frustrated. I want a refund.

My package was left in front of an unlocked door in a 12 story building for anyone to walk up and take! and guess what… my package was stolen! i ordered dresses for myself and my daughter to wear to an upcoming wedding and speedx handled it like trash! and being that it says delivered im having a hard time getting a refund! i feel violated, not only do i now have to find dresses at the last minute and spend more money, i now have to worry about who has my personal information, my name, address and telephone number which were all on the package! speedx is a scam! and the package was marked at 9:30am but i didnt receive a notification of delivery until 5:30pm! 8 hours later!

I placed an order with Shein on 4/6/23 tracking number SPXHCL005001708009 and says delivery was completed on 4/12/23 except I never received my order and trying to get a hold of anyone at Shein is useless. I spent over $100 and I’m very upset I never received my order. I’ve never had this problem before. Order number with Shein is GSUNXQ090000V2P.

I place an order on Temu and the pakage was never delivered.

I am making a complaint on FTC for bad practices on Temu and SpeedX

There is no way to contact SpeedX either by phone chat or website.

Contact phone is a recording machine with no information or options.

I ordered 3 different items from the app called “Temu”. The packages were supposed to be delivered by SpeedX. Today was supposed to be the delivery window and the person in charge of delivering my packages didn’t even consider in ringing my doorbell. He left the packages outside of my building while it was raining. When I come outside, one of the packages had been stolen. Also the picture I’m putting up it’s the drivers “proof of delivery” while the picture is taken inside his car and the packages are nowhere to be found.

4/20/23 SpeedX claimed to have delivered and "handed" to me a package (some items I'd ordered online from TEMU) at approximately 10 AM. No package was left at my door nor handed to myself as I was away from 9 AM to 9 PM that day, and I live alone, so it was handed to no one. Speed X errantly told me to get the company I'd bought these undelivered goods from to either reship or refund me.

It is not the responsibility of the supplying merchant to make good the wrongdoing of this delivery service who have clearly failed in their end of the contract.

I am left with no alternative opinion from experience that Speed X have committed either a fraud or theft, or both.

I placed an order on SHEIN (twice). First order said it was delivered but I never received anything. Not in my mailbox, not in front of my apartment door, not even a knock.

Placed the SAME order again & still never received my package. Tracking SAYS it was delivered but they never came to my actual apartment door. They took a picture for proof of delivery showing that they left the package in my building lobby. A building that has hundreds of apartments. Leaving packages in the lobby mean they will get stolen. SpeedEx never contacts you back & SHEIN will not give me a refund since package it’s labeled “delivered”

They threw my package in the lobby like garbage this is a complex there's many apartments in several floors. There are also 16 buildings on my side of the complex anyone can walk into anyone's building. why would they not knock on my door to deliver my package rather than throw it in the lobby I do not live in a good neighborhood there's nothing good about this neighborhood... So they will wait to get in the building go to the lobby which the elevator is on the lobby I am on the 6th floor which the elevator leaves you right in front of my door and they couldn't deliver put throw it in the lobby... Yes I received my package finally not because I found it because my neighbor was coming home from work and sore it upstairs to me.

I am waiting for my package i have not recieved from Shein i am home i have instructions on the door .Driver left when my husband came to the door please have them return my items asap

Package is at designated facility in chicago where is that no one answers any phones or texts per tracking

Really would like to give Zero stars. This is the 2nd time my packaged was stolen because Shein used Speedx Courier. I've done everything but begged them not to. I left specific instructions about delivering my package. 1st package was left in Lobby of 168 apartments and stolen. Unable to get accurate tracking from Speedx. Unable to reach them. Package expected bet. 4/17-4/19. Sunday, 4/16, @ 1:01PM ET, I text Speedx asking to advise me of the date for this my shipment. It is now 7:19PM and still no response from Speedx. Approximately 1:13PM, I received message from Shein that package was delivered Sunday @ 9:22 AM. I wasn't home. I wasn't expecting my shipment today. Speedx took picture of package and left. Either they kept the package or it was stolen. This is the 2nd time. I am proposing the Federal Government investigate their fraudulent practices and prosecute to fullest extent. You can't reach them on the phone. The answering machine says upon calling the next representative will text you back which never happens. Everyone complaining on this Site can't be wrong. It seems we are all experiencing the same egregious behavior from Speedx. I have very little funds. Shein needs to be held accountable, as well.
