My order from shein was place on this date 7/14/23 @6:24 pm my order #is Gsun8415room66u now tracking #stayed that my order will be here on this date 7/23/23 this is my tracking #SPX66600500409247 but instead it supposed to show on this 7/22/23 which I didn't received it and I have been getting in contact with speedx telling them that I have not received my package and they kept on telling me that it was delivered I ask for a replacement or a refund and nothing happened it is a shame that people order their items from different companies and the delivered person should held accountable when I items are stolen or not delivered

I ordered from shien about 3 weeks ago, I got confirmation that my order was shipped. Well, this company was new to me. I tracked my package only to find out it was to be delivered via speedex.The timeline provided does not add up at all. How my package got from NY to DC via courier in under 3 hours? The background is not even showing where the package is. It's a blue background and I have a mat at my door.

There is no way to contact this company to have this matter rectified

The delivery guys are given enough information to contact a customer (me) and enough access to get into my building and bring the package to my door. But for some reason they either hand it to the nearest neighbor(or strange visitor) or leave it in the front of the building totally unsecured. However, they have the decency to photograph each mistake. How is it that an African American man is accepting a package for an OBVIOUS Hispanic name like Jose ? How?

Never received my package and got a very sketchy fake delivery confirmation photo from this Company. Photo taken with no identifying background on a carpet INSIDE someone's home. Shein shipped my entire order in one package which included a full size cowboy hat. There is no way a cowboy hat could fit inside of that small package so the package in the photo is not even my package! This company is a SCAM!

On July 2, 2023 a package i was waiting for stated it was delivered to my home in Sicklerville, NJ coming from SHEIN. I looked everywhere. I have contacted customer service via chat since there isn’t a customer service phone number. I have a picture from your courier service of what is allegedly the house my package was delivered to that is not mine. I’ve also included the tracking details portion from SHEIN. The photo does show an address or my package on the doorstep. I have a camera on the outside of my house and was home all day on the day it was “allegedly delivered “ and it shows no delivery carriers at all. All I can tell you is that home is not mine. The house in the photo does not match any of the houses inside of my development at all. I have been going back-and-forth, begging and pleading with the company for a refund or my package and I keep hitting a dead end. After reading all of these reviews from other customers I feel like Shein and SpeedEX are working together scamming people out of their money and packages.

I purchased 40 items in Shein the delivery date shown July 10-July 14. I look at the tracking information and it stated that it was delivered on July 8, 2023, at 6:30 am on a Saturday morning. I had never seen the package or heard a ring at the door. I don't know if it was delivered or if they just throw the package outside the building. I live in an apartment building in Brooklyn, NY they never called or handed the package to me in my hands. I wrote to Shein and I will be making a complaint about Speed X very unprofessional lost my package $377 dollars with of clothes. Shein should not use this company's very bad service.

i have a package from shein that was supposed to be delivered june 29th 2023 , it is now july 13th i’ve noticed that it took so long and checked the shipping method carrier and looked up speedx and saw all the reviews about this company. so if this is not resolved by july 15th 2023 i will file a police report about Speedx stealing other peoples packages (i have proof of people saying this has happened to them) that we have worked and earned hard money for and we have nobody to go to to get this resolved , so this will be the best way to go about it if i do not get my packages or my FULL refund.

I got a notification that my package was delivered and also a picture was taken as proof of delivery. I do not know the reason why my package had to be outside my apartment when I saw the picture, outside where a lot of people can see it and it can get stolen. Nevertheless, when I went outside to check my package , I couldn’t find it. I have called, texted, and emailed the Speedx shipping company but there was response, I even contacted SHEIN, there was nothing. This means that with all these complains, the drivers are the ones stealing the packages. This company needs to be either closed down or sued.

I ordered a package from SHEIN and it was delivered outside on the porch . When I went outside on the porch nothing was there . So someone stole my package . My tracking number is SPX222005003687668. It was delivered Saturday July 8th at 8:31 am. But I did not get no email that it was delivered no nothing . My email address is [protected]@gmail.com for any inconvenience

This tracking #SPX222005003778158 is that of a package which was ordered from Shein. According to tracking history, it stated package waa delivered on July 9, 2023. However, a package was not found and neither of the 3 security cameras picked up any activity of anyone approaching my home to deliver anything. A picture of my package was taken as proof of delivery. I would like to know next steps to be taken in order for my package to be delivered. If not possible, I would like to be fully refunded.

Tracking number stated that my package was delivered on 7/8 and it was never delivered. my place of business was closed that day. Cameras show a driver tossing a package by curb of my business and a few minutes later the package was picked up by a passerby. This delivery company is horrible and i have had the same issue with ordering from Temu, using the same delivery company

I order some items from shein never got it said it was delivered at 10am..July 6 2023 but I was outside waiting for the driver. He didn't showup .I provided enough evidence stating it wasn't delivered I have outdoor cameras and still not enough. I normally get a picture notification package location . But no.. be aware the speedx driver they're stealing your package marking them down it was delivered which it wasn't .. I have call numerous time and left messages no response..

This is the second time they deliver to my house and just throw my package this time i told the guy why he throw it and literally showed me the midlle finger. And when i was gonna take a picture he drove off like if he was getting chased. What if packaged had a fragile item? Have contact SpeedX no answerand also Shein. SpeedX needs to be shut down. Why even get that job if you are gonna be lazy to walk up to door. And both were some asian decent.

I placed an order on Temu about 12 days ago. Then I received a notification that my order was Out For Delivery on July 3rd and I was given a tracking number, on July 5th I received a notification that my order has been dispatched to a driver with SpeedX and was on its way. Then today July 6 2023 I received a notification that my order was delivered. My 8 year old went and looked outside where our deliveries go and there was nothing ANYWHERE. So I went out and looked and didn't find it anywhere. I went back to my Temu and looked at the Proof of Delivery... the package they show, is just out in the street. My front step isn't in the middle of the street. The street it looks like the package is on, isn't my street at all or any street around me either. I confirmed with Temu that my address is correct and I let them know that I did not get this order. This is about my 10th order from Temu but its only the first time one of my packages was shipped using this scam of a delivery company SpeedX - and of course its not here. Temu agreed to resend the items and I requested that they do NOT ship it with SpeedX as I feel as if they're just stealing people's packages and sending fake delivery photos. Temu needs to stop using this scam of a company asap because its making Temu look like the one scamming! Clearly looking at all of these reviews, SpeedX is a problem and a scammer company, not Temu!

I ordered a Shein package two weeks ago. I tracked my package and it keeps saying delivered but I can't find it!

I tried contacting Speedx via phone and email with no answer! I even contacted Shein customer service and got nothing! The tracking number of my order is SPX0GE005003546954. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I want my order back or a refund, please!

Around 11 days ago, my package was shipped via Speedx and I was given a tracking number. I am sure I entered the correct address but the tracking number shows failed attempt to deliver package due to invalid address after the package was delivered to a facility very close to my address. Then, I tried to contact Speedx-- someone did respond but only once and then never again. After a while, I tracked the package again and it says deliver back to the facility--> going out for delivery--> failed attempt to deliver--> going back to facility. Again, I tried to contact Speedx (calling and email) but I got nothing so far. I don't think my package will ever arrive. And I only wish to get in contact with the courier so we can confirm on the address. It is very frustrating that there is zero customer service.

I was expecting a delivery to my job on Saturday June 24th. Speed x was the courier. Their website says Saturday deliveries don't go past 10am. I was at my job till 5:40 PM. the delivery driver came at 6:37pm. He pulled up in a blue SUV. He walked up to the concrete parking curbs in the lot, took a picture of the package in his hand, took a picture of my building, saw that the building was a business that was closed, turned around, walked back to his car, put my package in his back seat and pulled off traveling westbound on my street. I have all this on video from my security camera. They have a theif delivering packages. I tried to call them and it is impossible to speak with anyone.
