Spectrum review: If I could, I wouldn't give a single star for Spectrum

Stay away from Spectrum if at all possible. They actually have a cable TV monopoly in the Kentucky market, but try to avoid them. We had strong storms a week ago, and every house on the street where I live had internet and cable restored within hours--except mine. The outage must have blown a coaxl cable at my house. Spectrum said they were understaffed and couldn't repair mine until a week after the storm, and I have to have internet to work. I've never seen such horrible customer service! Avoid them!
