dermatology, cosmetic laser procedures

cosmetic injectables years out of date, facial laser equipment not inspected in years, unlicensed persons utilizing laser equipment on patients, medical supplies, ie. IV bags, years out of date, dead lizards and dirt on the floor of procedure rooms, a doctor that has a constant body shake as in MS performing and sometimes missing shave biopsies, botox years out of date, over charging of patients then making patient wait months for refund, incorrect billing practices to insurance companies, open wires sticking out of walls, modem and routers sitting on hot water heater.
