Southern Dry is a great company for all your foundation needs. They recently repaired my foundation by replacing all the piers. This is an older home and you could feel the floors move when you walked through. Now all my floors are solid, my doors close like they should and the basement/crawlspace looks great. Very professional company with excellent customer service and excellent craftmanship. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking foundation work.

Can not say enough about the professionalism and outstanding customer service the SouthernDry Team provided before, during and after the completion of our crawlspace encapsulation project. They show up when they say their going to….…proactively communicate with you before and during the project……and follow up after project completion to ensure you are happy with job. In a day and age where customer service is lacking in most business the SouthernDry Team exceeds all expectations.

SouthernDry was a wonderful company to work with and helped make our house a healthier living space. Through the whole process, each member of the SouthernDry team was helpful and informative on what needed time be done for our home. After they finished installing the crawlspace lining, pump and dehumidifier, their team stayed to give me a detailed tour of all the work they did. Their dedication and craftsmanship is unmatched in their field and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their crawlspace or foundation worked on.

Our crawlspace was flooding and and two structural supports were starting to collapse. In addition to that, we had some water that came inyo our converted carport when there was heavy rain. SouthernDry resolved both of these issues for us in less than a week. The crew was amazing. The were quick, professional and did an amazing job. Not going to lie, the water spout from the sump pump still scares the crap out of me every time it water is pumped out of the crawlspace when I'm walking by, but that's just proof that everything is working as it should!

Very professional and responsive.Their pricing was much better than the well known Alabama foundation and waterproofing company and the products were comparable. SD also provided a 5 year longer warranty on the sump pump system. Install crew were always on-time and eager to answer any questions I had. I did lots of research before going with SouthernDry and two things won me over: 1. all of the great reviews and 2. the pricing, which I found to be competitive. The whole process from quote to completion was seamless and our project was finished on schedule. We had interior french drains and vapor barrier installed in our basement, along with steel beams to reinforce some lateral cracks in the foundation wall. The team worked with me to make sure I was happy with the location of the sump pump drainage which was very much appreciated. We are hoping to have SouthernDry back in the future to do a crawl space encapsulation for us.

SouthernDry is a professional and courteous business. Their project management is top notch. They keep in touch and follow-up from the time you make an appointment to well after the job is done. I've never had an experience like this one and wish all contractors I've used would exercise this level of professionalism. They came out to do the evaluation, quoted me that day, made sure I understood everything, helped me get financing, showed up time and even finished early. They followed up the next day and even a few weeks later to make I'm still satisfied. They also sent me cookies as a thank you gift! I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

This is a review that is honest and fair. Southerndry is a company I found from the Google review site. They are a little farther than companies in the surrounding area of Phenix city. They came and did a initial inspection which I gladly crawled around with them and pointed out several issues they recommended I get fixed. They also did not try and upset my anything I did not need. They came out 3 weeks later and completed the job in less than 3 days, encapsulated, sump pump, dehumidifier several, I say again several thousands dollars less than the pajamma wearing company that everyone is use to. Great company with the best warranty around.

From start to finish it was an easy process. I submitted an inquiry form from their website. I was contacted quickly, a representative made an appointment, he came out and inspected the project area. He was very personable and professional. He had samples of the thickness of material used for the install. He took the time to answer ALL my questions (and there were plenty). Later that same day a received a written estimate. After receiving other estimates, I contracted with Southern Dry for the job. A scheduler contacted me and we set up an install date. The install crew did a stellar job. The total time was two days for the install. I highly recommend this company!

Southern Dry proved to us that they are a Top Tier Company that does the talking thru their workmanship and customer service! And customer service doesn't end after the job is complete. Since our job was completed they have contacted me just to see how everything was going and if we were still satisfied! Heck, I didn't believe there were anymore companies out there that operated using the old school business principles of taking care of their customers like there was when I was growing up but Southern Dry is proving that thought wrong because they are! We are just tickled to have selected them for the encapsulation of our crawlspace and it works and looks fantastic!

We recently hired Southern Dry to encapsulate and install a dehumidifier in the crawl space of our new home. We sought out several companies to do the inspection and quote the project; they did the free inspection within days of initially reaching out to them. The customer service was great from start to finish, the level of professionalism was exceptional and the project was completed with our total satisfaction. Additionally, the pricing beat the estimates from competitors and the financing options were the most flexible in our opinion. The lifetime warranty on the encapsulation and the extended warranty on the dehumidifier is worth the consideration when comparing the other options available from other companies. We were planning to remodel our kitchen by removing a couple of walls and adding an island. However, the floors in that area of the house were not level and were sagging over an inch in some places. I researched several foundation companies and SouthernDry had the best ratings by far. The inspector took time to explain to us what was going on in our crawl space and what they would need to do to resolve the issue. The installation crew was very prompt and professional. They installed 10 piers under our home to level the floors. When the work was done, they made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. A few weeks after the job was completed, I received a follow-up call to confirm I was happy with the work they did. SouthernDry is professional, knowledgeable, and has excellent Customer Service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation repairs.

We discovered some cracks in our brick and mortar on the exterior back of our house. Southern Dry performed a thorough inspection and provided options that some of the other companies that we had perform an estimation had not considered. They inspected the crawl space to determine if the cracks extended to the footer. This was the only company to perform this inspection for us thanks to Brian. I felt like Southern Dry was honest and did not push me to perform something that was unnecessary. Southern Dry provided an estimate that was comparable to others I received, but with the added thoroughness, which gave us peace of mind. Southern Dry called me with their install date and worked with me to make sure the install was done without damaging my yard and bushes as much as possible. The gentlemen that performed the installation welcomed questions and provided good feedback, they were diligent and cleaned up after they installed the helical piers for our house. After the installation, I received a follow-up to ensure our satisfaction. Overall I have a great impression of Southern Dry for these types of services.
