Over 40 years of homeownership, we've done five roofing projects. Capital Construction is the only company that has done a great job start to finish. We have a complicated roof -- many gables, a large flat section, and two outbuildings -- and the work was completed thoroughly, in a reasonable time. The project manager (Hoa) was terrific, handling all of the insurance issues, managing the schedule, getting up on the roof many times to ensure that the details were completed. The crew was fast (really fast!) and did a great job with the clean-up.Although I hope to never have to do another roof, I would confidently use Capital Construction again.

We absolutely loved our experience with Capital Construction. I happened to just blindly reach out when we saw the truck in our neighborhood looking for more information on some siding and roof repairs. Cole came out right away and walked us through every step of the process. Despite a slow response from our adjuster and insurance company, we found ourselves with a brand new roof and new siding a couple of months later! I'd highly, highly recommend Capital construction for all of your roof, gutter and siding needs! Thank you, Capital, for taking such great care of us through this process! Our home looks brand new and it's all thanks to you guys!

We had a storm that caused some roof damage to the house this summer. Rather than use one of the storm chaser construction companies, I called Capital Construction because I knew of their good reputation. Trevor was very professional, inspected the roof, confirmed there was damage and worked with my insurance company to get the claim approved. We have a large roof, but Capital brought in a great crew who finished the job in 2 days and did a amazing job. They were awesome and cleaned everything up before they finished. Trevor then followed up to make sure we were happy. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend Capital Construction.

I'm not sure we would have our new roof if not for Cole, the project manager from Capital Construction. The process took two insurance claims, one closed, then reopened; a lot of waiting for claims to be processed. Cole thoughtfully and calmly guided us through the process. No, he did more than that -- without his experience, expertise, and wise recommendations we would not have known how to proceed at all. Then, when product availability became an issue, he guided us through that as well. And, of course, the crew that did the actual roofing was prompt, expert, and thorough. We are much more than satisfied with our new roof. Thank you, Cole and Capital!

When a hail storm came through our town in June we contacted Capital Construction about checking out our roof. They worked with our Insurance Adjustor to see if indeed a new roof was needed. Because of supply chain issues we were not able to get the roof done until Spring 2022. Capital Construction kept in touch with us all Spring and let us know when the roofers would be able to work due to weather conditions. When the team arrived they were hard working and professional. We are so pleased not only with the new roof but with the service we received all along the way. We made the best choice when we signed on with Capital Construction. Thank you Capital for taking care of us.

Capital construction was amazing to work with. We had hail/wind damage. Cole was out here right away on our roof and looking at the damage. He worked with our insurance company to make the process go slick and easy. During the replacement he stopped by several times making sure that everything was going perfect. We had a brand new deck and he made sure that nothing happened to it putting extra tarps and etc down. They also worked with us on which days they were going to do the work, as a licensed childcare provider it was a breath of fresh air that a company would work around my hours of business so it would not effect the children. Thank you capital construction!

I was out of town when the hail storm happened in August, my husband was home and texted me about the storm and wondered if he should check the roof after some reports of hail damages to cars. I did a quick search on who he can call and Jeff was quick to respond to my husband and was able to check out our roof within a day I believe it was. We indeed had hail damage and the process was explained thoroughly and how to handle the insurance claim was also a breeze. Jeff went above and beyond. He made sure there were no overhanging branches from one of our trees, came out after the clean up crew to ensure there were no hidden nails or objects on the ground. We highly recommend Capital Construction!

Because of hail damage we had, our shingles were replaced by Capital Construction and we are very pleased with the outstanding job that they performed for us. From the very beginning to the end! We contacted them and they came for an inspection and contacted our insurance company and took care of everything for us. We worked with Blair Quinnell and he did an excellent job of calling us back if we had any questions and if he couldn't answer he always called back quickly. All the work was done in a timely fashion and we had no problems at all. We would highly recommend using Capital Construction again and would recommend them to anyone needing work done on your home. Thanks for installing a new roof on our home after hail damage in August. Jeff Reynolds was your representative who came to see us and discovered we had damage which we were not even aware of. He contacted our AAA insurance company and after meeting the inspector it was determined a new roof was needed. All the necessary insurance paperwork and the work permit was handled seamlessly and in a timely manner. The workers who installed our roof did a great job getting it done under some windy conditions. Our property was cleaned up nicely and the wheeled bin (the wheels were kind to our driveway) was picked up and the job was completed on time as promised. Many of our neighbors used Capital Construction and I heard nothing but positive comments.

I haven't done this before but I feel I have to. I didn't know people still lived up to there word, and took pride in there work. But I had to replace my roof on the house and garage. I got in touch with Capital Construction of Burnsville. I talked to Andy first then Jeff. They said I didn't have to anything , that they would take care of everything and wow they did. I didn't have to do a thing. The crew they sent out went right to work no messing around at all, very professional. It was like watching a well oiled machine, incredible. I give them the highest score possible, I just felt I had to say something about my experience with them. If I need work done again Capital Construction is who I will call. No doubt they get a lot. Terrific job of replacing our hail damaged roof. We have a very steep roof and a large home and roof area. Capital construction's Trevor Larson supervised the project and worked with our Safeco insurance adjustor to get a great and fair settlement. Trevor was very helpful and stayed in contact throughout the time of the settlement until the work was finished. In order to have his "stellar steep roof crew" we needed to wait over the winter months and thus this project was extended over 7 months time. Trevor worked with us to get a great shingle and color. The project was all done over 2 days and at times we had 9 workers on the roof and on the ground. The cleanup was thorough and the roof looks fabulous! I highly recommend Capital Construction for their excellence and professionalism.

Due to a hail storm we sustained damage to our roof, gutters, and siding. Trevor from Capital Construction LLC stopped by our house and politely asked if we would like our house inspected for damage due to the hail storm. I said yes and he promptly climbed his ladder to find that our roof indeed had hail damage. He encouraged me to contact my insurance company and file a claim. Trevor handled everything from that point on. He met the insurance estimator at our house and accompanied him throughout the inspection. He offered to complete all aspects of the repairs; new roof installation, new siding installation, and new gutters installation. And he provided a thorough quote so we could clearly see what our costs would be. Trevor was on site with each work crew to get them started and again at the completion of each aspect of the repairs/replacement. We are very happy with the results. The efficiency and professionalism of the work crews was impressive. And Trevor's professionalism far exceeds our expectations. If, in the future, we need house repairs, we know who to call... Hoa at Capital Construction LLC was the only contractor who was willing to work with us. Unfortunately one of the first questions they ask is, who are you insured with? Our insurance company has a reputation for being very difficult with claims. We had over four contractors come look at the roof damage before they all stated that the claim process was going to be too difficult for them and it wasn't worth it. We received Hoa's information from a family who had worked with this contractor previously. They said he was wonderful and assisted with getting his hail damaged roof replaced within 2 weeks. We called Hoa and he worked diligently with us over the course of one year to finally get our entire roof and gutters approved. Needless to say the insurance company put all the stoppers up but that did not deter him from challenging their denial. I honestly don't think we would have had our roof replaced if it wasn't for Hoa's persistence and diligence. He did not let the insurance company bully him. We finally have approval to complete the replacement of our roof and our gutters and the job was completed within a week of acceptance. I would highly recommend Capital construction for anyone going through the same thing that we did. Hoa is very honest, straightforward, and thorough. He has great response time and is always willing to answer and explain any questions that we have. He made the process easier for us. I'm so glad there are still contractors out there who are willing to work hard for the customers.

First things first: I am, admittedly and unapologetically, a tough-as-nails, no-nonsense consumer. Capital Construction (CC) did a fantastic job handling every aspect of my insurance claim regarding the roof damage from the May 2022 hail storms in the Apple Valley, MN area. I did my due diligence (e.g. checking the ComplaintsBoard.com, personally visiting their Burnsville, MN office, etc.) and was confident I was dealing with a reputable construction company. I was immediately put at ease on the front end of my due diligence when I "dropped in" on Liz, their office operations expert. Her pleasant manner and irrefutable professionalism instilled the needed certainty that I had chosen the right construction company to perform the work. Jeff Cook and Colton (CC Project Managers) addressed all of my concerns with the utmost professionalism. In particular was the issue regarding my freshly laid asphalt driveway and my concern that heavy equipment, dumpsters, boom trucks, et al., could potentially damage the relatively soft asphalt and my pristine driveway! I am pleased to report that my driveway is still pristine thanks to everyone's attention to this important detail. The Texas crew that performed the actual roof replacement did an outstanding job headed by Mark, a 3rd generation roofing professional. Every individual in his 5 member crew were respectful and courteous and from my viewpoint, resulting from me watching the entire process from start to finish (yes, I observed every minute of the installation), proved to be absolute pros. They replaced some water damaged sheathing (OCB boards/plywood) and in the process, they went the extra mile and installed some custom flashing to divert water from this known trouble area ... understand that they performed that custom work of their own volition! Again, I am a tough customer with various non-negotiable demands and I couldn't be happier with the entire process and the end result: a beautiful, new, professionally installed roof.
