Southern California Edison [SCE] review: Interference

I am an amateur radio operator and I have been putting up with a Radio Frequency Interference problem for over ten years. I have called your customer service several times over the years and they send a man out to try to find the problem. Your representative wants to go around a bang on poles to see if the problem changes. I try to explain to him that it is not an electrical interference problem it is a radio frequency noise that goes from 6-megahertz to 9-megahertz and I need the people from the radio frequency interference locating team. Neither you representative that comes out or the people in your customer service department has a clue what I am talking about. I know such a department exists because I was the senior communications technician for the Los Angeles County Sheriff and La County Fire Department and have seen them. Could you locate them and have them contact me so I can explain in detail what the problem is and my thoughts as to where the problem is? Thank you in advance for your help. Gary Layton.
