I did a whole kitchen redo for my son's crib in Orlando. Being from out of town, I lucked out and found Southeast Steel Sales Company Inc. We were on the hunt for a fridge, stove, and dishwasher. We spent hours researching at Best Buy, Lowe's, and other spots to find prices that were comparable, but none of them could guarantee all three products would be delivered at the same time to finish our kitchen redo. After a few days of getting frustrated, we found Southeast Steel Sales Company Inc. We talked to Greg, the salesperson, and negotiated. I was sure they could meet our deadline and beat the prices of Lowe's or Best Buy. Conversations over the phone with Greg were very professional and easy to communicate with him exactly what we were looking for. As our redo install date came closer, I had the chance to speak with Stu Kimball, Owner and President for Southeast Steel Sales Company Inc. I learned that this place was a family-owned business for over eighty years, which is in the heart of Orlando downtown. Because of the pandemic and a hurricane in the Texas area, there was a potential delay in receiving our fridge. Mr. Kimball verified our purchase order and reassured us all three of our products would be delivered on time as expected. Amazing services and their honored commitment to the customer, we got all three appliances on time and they are beautiful. Southeast Steel Sales Company Inc. representatives have gone above and beyond providing service to us. We are extremely happy with the products we received. Customers should not hesitate to buy their appliances from Southeast Steel Sales Company Inc. We are telling our family and friends that this warehouse is a very reputable place, look no further, as we will not hesitate to purchase again from the Stu Kimball family business. Again, Thank you. Southeast Steel Sales Company Inc. is a great place to buy appliances. I got a dryer for my rental property and it was delivered with a dent in the door. They said it's not their problem and I have to pay for it. Not cool.

Southeast Steel didn't do nothing about the rubber seal on my washer. They took pics of it but never called me back. They left me high and dry after I paid 2 grand for the washer and dryer. The rubber seal on the Bosch washer had a silver gob on the bottom and inside. Southeast Steel said it was just water but I knew better. I had to call them after a week and they said they don't sell many Bosch products. I had to insist on a Bosch rep coming to my house to fix it. Southeast Steel didn't help me at all. I had to wait from Sept. 25 to October 6 without a washer and spent almost 100 bucks at the laundromat. It was a manufacturing defect and I had to deal with it myself. Southeast Steel is a very uncaring company and I won't buy from them again. I'm a senior citizen with a heart condition and their actions almost put me in the hospital.
