I don't know about their work, but I called them to come out and give an estimate on our job. I waited for the appointment, but they called me 15 minutes after the scheduled time and said there was no one to come out. They suggested the next day at noon, and I agreed. I texted them 1.5 hours before the appointment to confirm, but they didn't respond or show up. It was unprofessional and horrible! I gave them two chances to work, but they wasted my time. I won't be hiring them!

This company was hired to do some work in my house and it's been almost 4 months and it's still not done. The workers were unreliable and inconsistent. They showed up whenever they wanted. I asked the owner to give me a schedule when his workers would be at my house to work so he did. The schedule was still wrong. They still wouldn't show up and no one would call me to let me know either. I would call to see what happened and no one would answer so I would leave a voicemail and no one would return my call. The workers would half do things and the painting was bad. Only one worker understood English and could speak it so if he wasn't here we would have to use the translator app to understand what they were saying. They wasted a lot of time. The workers would be on their phone the whole time they were here or cooking their food in my garage. They didn't do much work when they were here. They caused more damages to my house than I can list. They put doors up wrong, scratched our walls and a lot of other things. They didn't do anything we agreed on. The workers really had no experience. The only time I would hear from the owner was when he wanted more money. When I refused to give him any more money, he took it upon himself to go to my social media platform and leave bad comments and reviews and then encouraged his employees to do the same. This is the worst company ever! Please beware of them! This has been a nightmare!

I paid half of the total cost of $15,075 to DT Construction LLC on [protected] for two full bathroom renovations. They promised to include supplies for both the ***&*** bath and the Master bath. However, a week later, they still hadn't given us a start date. When I called to cancel and get my money back, they refused to refund me. They finally agreed to start on May 5 or 6, but the work they did was sloppy. The tiles in both bathrooms are uneven and not level with the walls. The grout is also uneven and looks unprofessional. I'm worried about the health of my family because the sloppy tiling and grouting can cause mold. Some of the grout is already cracking. The Master bath is the worst, with horrible grout lines and uneven tiles. We paid too much for such a poor job and now we have to hire someone else to fix it. Every time we asked them to fix something, they damaged another tile. We're requesting at least half of our money back.

DT Construction LLC was hired to renovate my property in ***, . They quoted me $47,500 and 6-8 weeks to complete the work on 6/24. However, it's now week 16 and I've paid them $84,000. The delay has caused me to incur excessive carrying costs and moved the potential sale date into a different market condition (winter). According to the contract, I still owe them $15,000, but there is no set ETA for completion. DT Construction LLC told me that the large variance in planned vs actual cost was because they simply "threw me a number" because they did not think I could afford the project and would have been scared off. The following work remains to be completed: smoke detector installation, baseboard installation, electric fireplace installation (will purchase and remove from final payment), combination of 2 switch panel and 1 switch panel into 3 switch panel, electric panel labeling, dishwasher waterlines and outlet installation, complete plumbing, center island under light (move toward stove), anchor island to floor, island cabinet doors open the same way (hinges installed incorrectly), lower hood fan to max *** (too high), and touch up paint over hood fan.
