Innovative Decks did a great job!
Innovative Decks did a great job! Gina and her crew replaced my old wooden stairs with a new deck and stairs. The original stairs were completely rotted through and needed to be demolished. I had trouble finding a company to do the job, but Innovative Decks was the only one who called me back promptly. Gina gave me different proposals and ideas on what would work best for my house. The crew worked hard and did a good job of cleaning debris daily. The workmanship is outstanding and meticulous! The crew are all long-time employees of the company, which gives you confidence and trust in a company. Their prices were fair compared to many other companies that bid on the job. The only downside is that there is a back-log of jobs, but they are worth the wait! I'm glad I found them and waited!

They did work in our yard and got paid almost 50k
They did work in our yard and got paid almost 50k. They were supposed to put all the outdoor furniture back in place but they didn't. When I complained, the boss of the company (who came to pick up his final payment, moved a few things back in place and said he would send staff to complete the job. They never showed. I'm hosting a birthday party for my husband today and plan to be in the yard, so I have to pay someone to help me get my yard in order. There's also a step missing leading out to our patio. They need to replace the step.

I got a deck put in by Innovative Decks. After a bit, I noticed that two of the posts had busted casings and asked for new ones. Then the pandemic hit. I called and they said they didn't have the parts. Later, they brought the wrong parts. I called right away and told them they were wrong and to get me the right ones. I've been calling for almost 3 years now and they keep giving me the runaround. I don't think the person who answers the phone tells anyone about my calls. Every time I call, they say they have my request and will get to it. I've been waiting for almost 3 years now. It's a simple request and I'm being ignored. They're not treating me like a customer who paid their bill in full on time.
