I paid 9k to American Standard Builders in Aug 2021 for a Cedar fence with 5yr warranty. The post on front and back were put in wrong and now they're crooked. Front gate won't open and wood is chipping away. Back gate is also getting bad. I called and texted but only got one reply when I said I'd call ComplaintsBoard.com. We agreed he'd come by Mon June 26th to check gate and fix it. But no one came and they won't answer my calls or texts. It's now end of Sept. I didn't ask for refund or more work, just want them to do what they said they would.

Now we gotta pay a new contractor over 10 grand to fix the damages made by American Standard Builders. The plumbing gotta be redone cuz the contractor said there'll be leaks and other issues. The electrical was done all wrong and was super dangerous, so we had an electrician come out. Now we gotta pay even more money to fix everything. The owner, ***, said he'd cover the rest of the costs, but he ain't answering our calls or texts. We got over *** bucks in damages and repairs to fix the main bathroom. We ain't had a shower for three months now. I got tons of pics, but I'll upload them later.
