I have been gym in southdale fitness center for the past 5 months, the main reasons for joining the gym as explained to the sales person was to lose belly fat and tone my whole body, however the belly technics and machines used for this I have found them to be difficult and ineffective m, these one machine I have discovered to be working for my belly fat however it is used for the back, I use it for belly excises, I was told by one of the instructors that the machine is not designed for that, I then explained to both the manager and the instructor that I know that however I found such machine to be working for my belly and it is easy to use, the manager then said I cant be using the machine the way I want it even if is not harming the to me or the machine itself they don't care if the method is working for me I can not use it the way I want it, I then explained to them that if the method is working for me and I cant continue using it then they leave me no choice but to cancel the contract because the other methods are not working for me, the manager (mpumi) then called the cancellation lady to help me cancel the contract who explained that I will have to pay cancellation fee, I explained to her that I m not gonna pay any cent as I feel I was forced to cancel since they don't want me to use the machines to my benefit as a paying customer. Please respond as this will also be taken to the bandsman.
