I have been trying to get a hold of a sars agent for the last two weeks as of 22 Jan 2025.
The international number +[protected] is absolutely useless, there is no one managing this number, no answer after 30 to one hour call waiting.
It’s an absolutely horrible experience.
My two step verification is linked to a phone number I do not own, now I am stuck
