Worst e-commerce company ever !! Selling defective products, their after sale service is very bad ..zero product knowledge .. there's nothing good about them .. it's way better to pay the extra 200 aed and get it from a trust worthy place who actually appreciate their customers !! They will lie straight to your face pretending to be managers while they are just normal agents just to try and calm you down ! Amazon policies and customer service guidelines doesn't align with such poor service for sure
