Sony — service centre complaint by kamal khetan - mobile software issue
I am Kamal Khetan working as a software developer. I am sharing with you one of my bad experiences with the Sony Services Center. My mobile having some software issue, so I decide to visit service center. They checked and declared that software problem and told me that Kamal Khetan you should have to upgrade the software so the problem will be resolved so I submit my mobile and get back mobile with upgraded software but after few days again same problem. It was a new mobile and was in warranty. I visit again, they did again whole process and sadly to say again same software issue in my mobile after a few days. I did format did everything whatever I can but no results, and what I notice staff behaved strange and they didn't provide any help. It's really bad manners. I am humbly requesting to all service centers not only SONY you should have to take care of your every single customer. Don't think you have lot's of customers. Every customer is important.
