Do not buy from this company! I purchased two full sets of dishes from Sojourn in December. I generally like the dishes - but within the two sets, there were three defects, so I contacted the company. Kate responded that she would replace them, but they were out of stock and wouldn’t be available until March. March and April came without hearing from her, so I reached out to find out what’s going on with the replacements. She thanked me for reminding her and confirmed the replacement dishes needed. Since then, I’ve received nothing - even after reaching out multiple times about the status of the order. I’m still waiting . . .
The poor quality of the product was bad enough but the poor quality customer service is completely unacceptable. I don’t recommend buying anything from Sojourn.
Recommendation: Look elsewhere for dinnerware
