Snapfish review: monthly charge ( 1 comment)

I was charged 14.95 per month for a value pass, that I do not remember electing. I have been charged this fee per month for over two years I believe. I am still checking charges on my credit card. I finally cancelled the membership, and should have been checking this. I had been ordering photos and other projects through this company and assumed they were photo charges. I have not received any extra values for this pass. Of course I have not been checking this charge, which was per month. My credit card office called me. Alas, my problem. I was promised a 89 dollar refund. We shall see. I am going to write to the company with my complaint, and wake up to online charges. I see others are complaining about them too.
