Smith Douglas Homes review: Back yard is not useable and grass won’t grow. It’s big Chuck’s of rocks in my back yard from them not putting enough top soil down.

My name is Jessica Baker and I brought a house from Smith Douglas. I have went through the warranty department to try and get my back yard regraded because it wasn’t done correctly and I keep getting push back saying your not fixing it due to the neighbor got concrete poured and drove a truck on one side. The other side was attempted but it still wasn’t successful. I shouldn’t have to pay to get my back yard regraded. It’s not good business. I can’t ever use my back yard and I can’t get grass to grow because the water washes everything away. I’m not trying to get over on anyone, I just want my yard fixed so I can use it as I like to. The side that he is bringing up is actually working like it should. The swale keeps the water in and it runs. The back yard and the right side of my house it doesn’t. It won’t allow me to attach the video I have. You can see where the sweal isn’t deep enough. My yard needs more top soil. That’s all I want is for yall to add top soil. I will pay for my own grass. I don’t think I’m asking for much considering it wasn’t done correctly.
